The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed similar works during the last 5 years. The experience can be in the form of: - Three similar completed works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated price of the particular works, - Two similar completed works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated price of the particular works, - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated price of the particular works. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed at least one similar work of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost of the work. The bidder should also have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover equal to 40% of the estimated cost of the work in any one of the last three financial years. The percentage of similar works completed is 80% of the estimated cost of the work. The bidder should have completed similar works in the last five years, with a value of not less than 80% of the estimated cost of the work. The bidder should also provide information on the value of the total contract and the amount of work completed. The bidder should provide the maximum value of Civil Engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years. The estimated cost of the project is Rs. 2,05,77,000/-. The bidder should submit an undertaking that his available bid capacity is more than the estimated value of the project/work. The bidder should also submit an undertaking that he will be able to invest minimum cash up to 25% of contract value of work, during implementation of work.
