The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in operation and maintenance of one or more water supply and sewerage networks, with at least one project of 400 KM of the total scope of water supply and sewerage network, for a period of at least two years. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed similar works in the last five years, with values such as: - one similar work of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost of work, - two similar works each of value not less than 50% of the estimated cost of work, - three similar works each of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost of work. The similar works should include operation and maintenance of the sewerage system, including desilting of sewerage lines with a super sucker machine of a total of at least 30 Km of sewer line in a year. The bidder should have a minimum Average Annual Turnover of 50% of the Estimated Project Cost for one year, during the last three financial years. The value of works may be enhanced at a simple rate of 8% per annum. The bidder should furnish details of eligible experience for the last 5 financial years, with certificates issued not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent. The eligible projects should have been executed for any Urban Local Body/ Government / Public Sector Undertakings in India, with a direct contract with them. In case of a consortium, the entity claiming eligibility should have held a minimum 51% share in the project for which the experience is being claimed. The bidder should have prior work experience of executing projects for any Urban Local Body/ Government / Public Sector Undertakings in India with a direct contract. The experience should be of projects similar to the one being bid for, which is "OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF WATER SUPPLY & SEWER SYSTEM". The eligible projects should have been satisfactorily completed in the last five years. In case of a consortium, the entity claiming eligibility should have held a minimum 51% share in the project. The bidder should have availability of credit facilities/ Solvency of no less than 25% of the estimated Project Cost for one year at the time of submission of the bid. The enhancement rate applicable for financial years is as follows: - 2024-2025: 0% - 2023-2024: 8% - 2022-2023: 16% - 2021-2022: 24% - 2020-2021: 32% In case the completion certificate does not specify the year-wise amount of work done, the enhancement rate on the whole work shall be applied, considering the financial year in which the work was completed.
