Work Experience Requirements
The required prior work experience for the bidder includes:
- As a Prime Contractor: The minimum value of one similar work is Rs. 2689.36 Lakh, or the minimum value of two similar works is Rs 1680.85 Lakh each, or the minimum value of three similar works is Rs. 1344.68 Lakh each.
- In a Joint Venture: All members combined must meet the same requirements as a single entity, or the lead member must have one work with a minimum value of Rs 672.34 Lakh (20%), and other members must have one work with a minimum value of Rs 672.34 Lakh (20%).
- Specific experience in 24x7 Water Supply System and Tube Well construction is also required, including a water supply project of 24x7 as a Pilot Project for a minimum of 500 households, and construction and completion of at least one Tube Well in the last 05 years.
The bidder must also have completed works with a value that can be used to calculate their available bid capacity, which is determined by the maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years.
Additionally, the bidder should provide details of their experience in similar works, including the value of the works, and a certificate from the employer showing details of their share of work, with a focus on earthwork, granular sub-base/base, RE walls, and concrete in bridges.
