The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - As a Prime Contractor, with major responsibility, in their own country and other countries. - In a Joint Venture, in their own country and other countries. - As a Sub-Contractor, specifying the main contractor, in their own country and other countries. The bidder is also required to provide details of their experience in similar works, including the value of the total contract, date of award, date of completion, and contract duration. Regarding the value and percentage of similar works completed, the bidder is required to provide the maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years. For works above Rs. 10.00 Crores, the bidder should have satisfactorily completed similar works in the last five years. The value of these similar works should be: - one similar work of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost of work, - or two similar works each of value not less than 50% of the estimated cost of work, - or three similar works each of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost of work. The minimum value of one similar work is Rs.513.22 LACS, two similar works is Rs. 320.76 Lacs each, and three similar works is Rs. 256.61 Lacs each. The value of work may be enhanced at a simple rate of 8% per annum. The bidder should also have a minimum annual turnover of Rs 256.6 LACS. The bidder should have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover of 40% of the estimated cost of work in any one of the last three financial years. The required prior work experience for key personnel is as follows: - Project/Work Manager: BE (Civil) with at least 2 years of experience - Site Engineer: BE (Civil) or Diploma (Civil) with at least 2 years of experience - Plant Engineer: B.E. (Mech.) or Dip. (Mech.) with at least 2 years of experience - Quality Control Engineer: B.E. (Civil) or Dip. (Civil) with at least 2 years of experience - Survey Engineer: ITI qualified Surveyor The bidder should have completed similar works, with details to be provided, including: - Identification Number of Contract - Name of Contract - Location of works - Type of works - Country - Name of Employer - Employer’s address - Nature of works and special features - Value of the total contract - Date of award - Date of Completion - Contract duration The bidder should also provide information on the availability of personnel and details of earthwork, Granular sub-base/base, RE Walls, Concrete in bridges, with a certificate from the employer showing details of the bidder's share of work. The bidder should also provide information on existing commitments and an affidavit/undertaking. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned, but the bidder should provide details of their share of work in the contract. The value of the total contract should be provided. The minimum liquid assets and/or availability of credit facilities is Rs. 160.38 LACS. The bid capacity will be updated at a simple rate of 8% per annum.
