The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience as a Prime Contractor, in a Joint Venture, or as a Sub-Contractor, with major responsibility in their own country and other countries. The bidder should have experience in specific areas such as solar power projects and bridge works. The value and percentage of similar works completed are as follows: - Minimum turnover amount of Rs. 18.5 Cr. in any one of the last three years. - The minimum value of one similar work is Rs. 4,23,06,960/- (80% Single Work). - The minimum value of two similar works (each) is Rs. 2,64,41,850/- (50% Work). - The minimum value of three similar works (each) is Rs. 2,11,53,480/- (40% Work). - The value of work may be enhanced at a simple rate of 8% per annum. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed, as a prime Contractor, one similar work of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost of work, or two similar works each of value not less than 50% of the estimated cost of work, or three similar works each of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost of work. The bidder needs to provide details of their share of work in the contract, including earthwork, granular sub-base/base, RE walls, and concrete in bridges, along with a certificate from the employer. The bidder also needs to provide an undertaking that they will be able to invest a minimum cash of up to 25% of the contract value of work during implementation.
