The required prior work experience for the bidder includes executing a certain number of projects with a contract value not less than a specified amount for providing manpower services to Central/ State Government Departments/ Public Sector Undertakings/ Autonomous Bodies in the last few financial years. One similar completed service costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost, which is 48194590.42. The bidder must have successfully executed/completed similar services over the last three years. Additionally, the bidder should have executed at least a certain number of projects with a contract value of not less than a specified amount for each contract of providing manpower services to Central/ State Government Departments/ Public Sector Undertakings/ Autonomous Bodies in the last few financial years. The bidder must have experience for a number of years, which is 3 years, of providing similar type of services to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU. The bidder's average annual turnover for the last 3 years should be at least 1000 Lakh (Rs). However, for some cases, the required prior work experience for the bidder is 0 to 3 Years, with no mention of similar works completed, amount, or percentage. Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and startups are exempt from the experience and turnover requirements.
