Supplying and fixing cable route marker with 10 cm X 10 cm X 5 mm thick G.I. plate with inscription there on, bolted /welded to 35 mm X 35 mm X 6 mm angle iron, 60 cm long and fixing the same in ground as required

SITC of various sizes water protected outdoor (Water proof) hut type compartmentalized type double door cubical panel both side opening having depth up to 600 mm suitable for 415 Volt, 3 phases, 50 Hz made out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet with required hardware duly painted with powder coated .Panel having separate detachable gland plate, end termination as per cable of size, angle iron base frame made out of 50mmx50mmx6 mm angle iron of suitable size of the feeder pillar (minimum height 60cm), hinged door, both side opening with locking arrangement, earth bar/stud, led pilot light for phase indicator (R,Y,B) on top, 400A/415V 4 strip aluminum bus bar duly PVC sleeved, connection inter–connection with 25% extra current carrying capacity busbars to MCCBs spreader links and with solid copper conductor cable 10 sqmm/ solid aluminium rod for connection to MCBs and heavy duty connectors of required current carrying capacity to be fixed back side including incoming/Outgoing cables connection for three and single phase MCBs where as required, testing on load and marking of location for incoming and out going distribution i/c grouting the legs in existing floor with 1:3:6 cement concrete foundation and dismantling the existing panel, incoming/outgoing cable connections etc complete as required i/c dismantling the existing feeder pillar and UG cable. Providing And Fixing of 200 Amp MCCB three pole Breaking Capacity 16ka-18ka for AC Three phase, 415 v Ics=100% Icu, Adjustable Thermal & Fixed Magnetic as per details specification in existing LT panel with suitable copper wire with spreader & lugs through connection,testing and commissioning etc. as required in the existing/new panel (item No 10).

Providing And Fixing Of 125 Amp MCCB three pole Breaking Capacity 16ka-18ka for AC Three phase, 415 v Ics=100% Icu, Adjustable Thermal & Fixed Magnetic as per details specification in new/existing LT panel with suitable copper wire with spreader & lugs through connection,testing complete etc as required etc. as required in the existing/new panel (item No 10).

Supplying and fixing 63Amp rating, 240/415 volts, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required in the existing/new panel (item No 10) a) Double pole

Fabrication, supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of outdoor type joint box of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 400 mm deep fabricated out of 2.0 mm CRCA sheet with intermediate members of same material and gauge as required. The box should be supported by 600 mm long legs and frame made by 50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm thick MS angle iron at the base and almirah type single leaf hinged door with locking arrangement, gland plate at the bottom, water drip proofing arrangement at the top, air ventilation grooves at sides dust and vermin proof design, earthing studs, 400 Amps 4 Nos. aluminium strip bus bar having base connector insulation duly painted with power coated paint etc. as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long,40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling as required
