(Erection of Pole)

Supplying and erection of 7 Mtrs long continously tapered octagonal pole (bolt fixing type) in single section with single longitudinal weld & galvanized having top dia 70MM as per following specification:- a) Top dia - 70 mm. b) Bottom dia - 130 mm. c) Thickness of sheet - 3mm. d) Base plate size - 220mm X 220 mm X 12mm. e) The pole shall be complete with following :- Set of foundation bolts -4 nos, 20mm dia, 600 mm in length complete with anchor plate. The foundation bolt shall be hot dipped galvanised. f) Integral junction box duly hot dipped galvanised complete with door and locking arrangement as required. g) Supplying and fixing of 32 mm dia X 1.50 metres long pipe (medium class) bracket for mounting of LED light fitting on pole including bending the pipe to the required shape, flat iron clamps with nuts, bolts and washer etc complete as required.

SITC of various sizes water protected outdoor (Water proof) hut type compartmentalized type double door cubical panel both side opening having depth up to 600 mm suitable for 415 Volt, 3 phases, 50 Hz made out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet with required hardware duly painted with powder coated .Panel having separate detachable gland plate, end terminaion as per cable of size,angle iron base frame made out of 50mmx50mmx5mm angle iron of suitable size of the feeder pillar (minimum height 60cm), hinged door, both side opening with locking arrangement, earth bar/stud, led pilot light for phase indicator (R,Y,B) on top, 400A/415V 4 strip aluminum bus bar duly PVC sleeved, connection inter–connection with 25% extra current carrying capacity busbars to MCCBs spreader links and with solid copper conductor cable 10 sqmm/ solid aluminium rod for connection to MCBs and heavy duty connectors of required current carrying capacity to be fixed back side including incoming/Outgoing cables connection for three and single phase MCBs where as required, testing on load and marking of location for incoming and out going distribution i/c grouting the legs in existing floor with 1:3:6 cement concrete foundation and dsimantling the existing panel, incoming/outgoing cable connections etc complete as required i/c dismentling the existing feeder pillar and UG cable. PART-C (PAINTING WORK)

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete ( old Panel)

Applying priming coat: With ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanised iron/ steel works. ( old Panel)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : Two or more coats on old work ( old Panel)

(Earthing)

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG gia G.I. wire in 15 mm dia G I Pipe from earth eletrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and filling as required

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required.

Supplying installation testing and commissioning of outdoor type cable junction/ jointing Box of size 460 mm X 460 mm X 300 mm made out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet, equipped with 200 am prating 4 legs of 600 mm long duty powder coated and with locking arrangement complete with all accessories, making suitable cement concrete 1:2:4 ( 1 cement 2 coarse sand 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) foundation erection on foundation, connection interconnection testing commissioning etc as per specification complete as require.
