Providing and laying 40 mm thick Bituminous Concrete (compacted) with HMP Mix after duly preparing BT surface including scrubbing, cleaning and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion / VG-10 bitumen and bitumen pre-coated stone chips grading confirming to Table 500-17 and physical requirement as per Table 500-16 and mix satisfying the requirement of Table No 500-19 and Table No: 500-12 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road and Bridge Works (5th Revision) mixed with binder asphalt VG-10 grade and binder content minimum 5.4% by weight of total mix and 2% filler by weight of aggregate (filler) conforming to the required specification for filler as per Table 500.9 of MoRT&H specifications for Road and Bridge Works (5th Revision) and rolled to the required specifications between Km 0.00 to Km 9.575 on Machhal-T-Santwari Road,, all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge/OC Contract

Providing and laying of both sides edge line marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beeds @250 gm per sqm area , thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beeds as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes as per specifications between Km 0.00 to Km 9.575 on Machhal-T-Santwari Road,, all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge/OC Contract
