Online bids are invited from OEMs/Authorized dealers/Distributors for supply of items as mentioned in BOQ. 2. Rates shall be quoted in the Microsoft Excel sheet uploaded as BOQ on the CPP website. (on CPPP site Only online bids will be accepted. 3. Bids shall be submitted online only at CPPP website: Offline /Manual bids shall not be accepted. Bidders are advised to follow the instructions provided in the ‘Instructions to Bidders for the e-submission of the bids online through the Central Public Procurement Portal for e Procurement at 5. The estimated cost involve in subject work is ` 38,000/- approximately or as subsequently amended in tender documents or uploaded in CPPP website htps:// This estimate, however, is not a guarantee and is merely given as a rough guide and if works cost more or less, the bidders shall have no claim on that account of what so ever in nature. 6. Those firms who have registered with WBW need not require to deposit earnest money and those firm not registered with WBW are require to deposit earnest money @ 2% of tender value or minimum Rs 5000/- in the form of FDR/TDR in favour of Commander WBW. Photocopy of same be uploaded with NIT documents. On getting confirmation as L1 bidder will dispatch original copy of FDR/TDR, so that Supply Order will be issued. EMD amount will be return on complete of Supply order. Particular of firms as per Appx ‘A’ duly filled and signed should be uploaded with tender documents. Same if not found, tender will be rejected. 7. Not more than one bid shall be submitted by one firm or supplier having business relationship. Under no circumstance will father and his son(s) or other close relations who have business relationship with one another (i.e. when one or more partner(s)/director(s) are common) be allowed to bid for the same work as separate competitors. A breach of this condition will render rejection of tenders/bids of both parties. 8. The Commander WBW will be the accepting officer herein after referred to as such, for the purpose of this bid. 9. Intending bidders are advised to visit again CPPP web site 3 days prior to end date of submission of bids for any corrigendum / addendum/ amendment. 10. The quantity mentioned in BOQ are subjected to increase or decrease. 11. The accepting officer reserves the right to accept or reject the tender at any stage without assigning any reason. 12. The Accepting Officer reserves his right to accept a bid submitted by a Public Undertaking, giving a purchase preference over other bidders tender (s) which may be lower, as are admissible under the Govt policy. No claim for any compensation or otherwise shall be admissible from such bidders whose bids may be rejected on account of the said policy. 13. Before quoting the rates on each enquired item, bidders are requested to check the sample/specimens at WBW (GREF), location, in order to avoid complication/deletion on late
