Providing & installation and testing of compressed air system by installation of 02 number oil-cooled, splash lubricated and skid mounted screw type compressor. ( Capacity to produce 3600 liters approximately) free air delivery at maximum pressure of 90 PSI fitted with 22 KW capacity induction electric motor of class F insulation and slide rails. The compressor would be installed duly fitted with suction filters, after coolers with moisture separator. The moisture separator and after coolers duly fitted with electrically operated auto drain traps provided before air receiver. This whole unit would be covered by MS Steel powder coated canopy silent in nature.The whole compressed air unit will be controlled by an electronic micro processed based digital PLC for the smooth operation of compressor, this PLC would total running hour, service alarms, fault. Providing and installation of an automatic twin chamber heatless air dryer with bypass capacity 150 cfm to dry compressed air 90 -psi pressure at a temperature of 0-40 degree centigrade. The dryer would be automatic dully fitted with pneumatic operated valve, set of filters, pre-filters, oil filter and duly fitted with pressure gauges for test the filters condiiton. The in fill material in each tower would be the mixture of silica gel/activated alumina etc. for best performance. At a tie first chamber would be online and second chamber would be under regeneration process and vice-versa for continous dry air. This action can be achieved with the help of micro processed based control panel, Air drier:- Drying conditions, flow rate 150 CFM , pressure 60 psi, temperature 40 degree max, moisture contents 100% Rh, Dew point - -40 degree. Providing and installation of Air receiver of 2000L water capacity made out of MS plate 5mm thick as per IS 2825 with 2 coat of primer and 2 coat of enamel paint (1 pre painted and other at site) duly fitted with 3no.
