Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Centrifugal Split Casing primary chilled water pump set capable of delivering 165.5 cum/hour flow rate of water against a 36 meter head. Each pump shall comprise the following as required as per specifications. (a) 1 No. Horizontal Split Casing type pump with bronze impeller, S.S. Shaft, C.I. body and mechanical seal with integrel reinforced flanged rubber bellows at suction and discharge side. (b) Duly insulated with 80 Kg/cum density resin bonded fiber glass duly cladded with aluminium sheet of 0.5 mm thickness and properly clamped to pump in two semicircular section as per specifications. (c ) 1 No. Suitable H.P. TEFC squirrel cage induction motor Eff-1 with class 'F' insulation, IP-55 Protection, 1450 RPM, operating on 415 volts ± 10%, 3 Phase, 50 HZ AC supply. (d) Pump set shall be installed with existing 100/125 mm dia M.S. Pipe complete with necessary vibration isolation arrangement, MS base plate, coupling guard, foundation bolts and all other accessories including repairing/modification in existing concrete base foundation.
