Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: a) Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Providing and laying damp-proof course 40mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III): 4 graded stone aggregate 12.5mm nominal size).

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. a) Made of G.I. wire of dia 4 mm

Applying priming coat: a) With ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanised iron/ steel works.

Painting with aluminium paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade . a) Two or more coats on new work

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : a) 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

12 mm cement plaster of mix : a) 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface : a) Water thinnable cement primer

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade : a) New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm)

Lettering with Synthetic Enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture.

Providing and laying in position Polysulphide sealant of approved make conforming to BS-5212-1990 or IS: 11433-1995. in expansion joints including rounding off edges, applying 2 coats of approved primer compatible with the brand of Polysulphide and preparing the surface and applying masking tape along the edge of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surface and to give neat finish to the sealant and removing the masking tape after application of sealant etc. complete as per direction of Engineer in-Charge & particular specifications. a) Expansion Joints of size 8 mm wide and 10 mm deep over 10 mm dia closed-cell Polyethylene foam back-up rod, as per manufacturers specifications and sketch at Appendix-'A'.
