NPSR:Providing and fixing special type ornamental umbrella of 4.5mts dia and 1.20mts height. The umbrella shall be made with 50mmX25mm stainless steel rectangular tube of 16SWG thick of 316 grade as horizontal circular frames of bottom, middle and top and 13nos of vertical arch shaped distributors and base plates of size 50cm dia of thickness 12mm stainless steel 316 grade with 8nos of 18mm dia PCD holes provided with 16mm stainless steel nuts welded at the top side of the plates. This top plate and vertical arch shaped distributors shall be jointed and welded firmly with 50mmX5mm stainless steel flats of 15cm long each. The Skelton frame of umbrella shall be totally covered with aluminuim composite panel of specific brand both the top and bottom sides using RKD/PAN/CSK screws with minimum 12mm gaps an all 13 distributors for filling sealants. The bottomof the umbrella shall be covered with the same aluminium composite panels of circular box type boarder all round of size 15cm height and 10cm width. The bottom side of the circular box type boarder shall be designed with 26 nos of half pentagon box type ornamental decorative boxes made with aluminium composite panel size 30cm width and 15cm height. Both the border box and decorative boxes shall be fixed with required aluminium angles 50mmX25mm box cleats wherever reqired. A stainless stell ornamental crown of size 75cm dia and 50cm height shall be fixed at the top of the umbrella and also the gaps of the panels shall be fixed using translucent/black/clear or white silicone gel of NL/EL/GP and also enabling for a water proofing after filling the excess opening by using 6mm thermo resin packing. A base frame to hold this umbrella shall be made with 142mm dia of wall thickness 6mm 316 grade stainless steel pipes 2nos of vertical height 6.0mts and top semicircular arch height 0.90mts the top and centre of the arch pipe shall be connected and welded with same dia Staionless steel vertical pipe for a addition height of 2.1mts with stainless steel base plate of 12mm thick 50cm dia 316 grade to connect the existing plate with the umbrella. The vertical 2.10mts pipe is supported with stainless steel stiffener plates at the arch and a base plate junction. An ornamental 3 step circular shaped coupler of size 25cm dia 20cm height shall be provided at the junction of the vertical and arch meeting point. Also a circular bottom cup of size 25mm dia and 10cm height shall be provided on the bottom of two vertical post. This fabricated arch type double post arrangement shall be fixed and welded with stiffener plate in the base plate which had been already fixed in concrete in a ground pit of size 0.60mX0.6mX0.35m filling with PCC M20 concrete. Finally the umbrella shall be lifted and transported to the required site and erected and fixed over the arch type post by using 40 tonne capacity crane and tightened with 16mm stainless steel bolts 8 nos four numbers of cross ties with 50mm dia stainless steel pipes of 1.50mts long shall be provided to connect the umbrella and the arch post to withstand the wind pressure. Rate shall include all the materials for fabrication, Stainless steel box section 50X25mm, 142mm dia pipe bending by mechanical device, erection, stainless steel welding, polishing as rough, medium, nice up to mirror finishing. Aluminium composite panel covering, special type fabricated scaffolding for bottom beautification work of umbrella, transportation of materials and machineries etc., complete all as per design and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
