Providing , hoisting and fixing upto floor five level precast reinforced cement concrete in shelves including setting in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) , cost of required centering , shuttering and finishing with neat cement punning on exposed surfaces but excluding the cost of reinforcement , with 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 12.5 mm nominal size)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C.work including straightening , cutting , bending , placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level - Thermo -Mechanically treated bars (ISI BRAND OF APPROVED MAKE) Fe - 415 or more

Providing and placing M30 grade cover block for RCC work all levels

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular ) bricks of class designation 3.5 in foundation and plinth in - cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC door frame made of uPVC extruded sections having an overall dimension as below (tolerance +_ 1mm ), with wall thickness 2.0 mm (+-0.2mm) , corners of the door frame to be jointed with galvanized brackets and stainless steel screws , joints mitred and plastic welded. The hinge side vertical of the frames reinforced by galvanized M.S.tube of size 19 x 19 mm and 1mm (+-0.1mm) wall thickness and 3 nos. stainless steel hinges fixed to the frame complete as per manufacturer's specification – Extruded section profile size 48 x 40 mm

Providing and fixing to existing door frames - 24 mm thick factory made PVC door shutters made of styles and rails of a uPVC hollow section of size 59 x 24 mm and wall thickness 2 mm (+- 0.2 mm) with inbuilt edging on both sides . The styles and rails mitred and joint at the corners by means of M.S. galvanised / plastic brackets of size 75 x 220 mm having wall thickness 1.0 mm and stainless steel screws . The styles of the shutter reinforced by inserting galvanised M.S.tube of size 20x20 mm and 1mm (+- 0.1mm) wall thickness . The lock rail made up of 'H' section , a uPVC hollow section of size 100 x 24 mm and 2 mm (+-0.2 mm) wall thickness , fixed to the shutter styles by means of plastic / galvanised M.S. 'U' cleats. The shutter frame filled with a uPVC multichambered single panel of size not less than 620 mm, having overall thickness of 20 mm and 1 mm (+_ 0.1mm) wall thickness . They panels filled vertically and tie bar at two places by inserting horizontally 6 mm galvanised M.S.rod and fastened with nuts and washers , complete as per manufacturer's specification (For W.C. and bathroom door shutter).

Providing and laying pressed clay tiles (as per approved pattern 18mm nominal thickness of approved size) on roofs jointed with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) mixed with 2% integral water proofing compound , laid over a bed of 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and finished neat complete

Providing and fixing unplasticised - PVC pipe clips of approved design to unplasticised- PVC rain water pipes by means of 50x50x50mm hard wood plugs , screwed with M.S. screws of required length, including cutting brickwork and fixing in cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and making good the wall etc., complete - 110mm

12mm cement plaster of mix -1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand).

15mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix - 1:4 (1cement : 4 fine sand).

Neat Cement punning.

Finishing with deluxe multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using primer as per manufacture's specification - Two or more coats applied on walls @ 1.25 ltr / 10 sqm over and including one coat of special primer applied @ 0.75 ltr / 10 sqm.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade – Two or more coats on new work.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade - One or more coats on old work.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, upto seven storey height made with 40 mm dia M.S.tube 1.5m centre to centre , horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S.tubes, M.S.tube challies, M.S.clamps and M.S.staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc.complete as approved. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. (Note: This item to be used for maintenance work judicically, necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item to be done).

Demolishing brick work manually / by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead - in cement mortar.

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead - of area 3 sqm and below.

Acid cleaning for the existing Mosaic floors , glazed tiles work and removing the stains and decays to give a glassy look etc complete (The Acid used shall be 32% concentrated hydrochloric acid after taking on the precautionary measures)

Providing and fixing ASTM pipes including all ASTM plain& brass threaded fittings i/c fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00m spacing . This includes jointing of pipes & fitting with one step ASTM solvent cement and testing of joints complete (Internal work exposed on wall ) - 20mm nominal outer dia pipes.

Providing, laying and jointing UPVC pipes(Finolex / jain / Supreme / Truebore / Nandi) (0.6 Mpa)conforming to IS specification 4985 and ISI marked including transportation to the site , lowering to the trenches, laying to proper grade and alignment, testing of joints with required testing equipment,including cost of solvent cement,excluding UPVC specials such as bends, tees, threaded pieces, couplers, reducer, endcaps etc., complete all as per IS and CPWD specification. - 110mm dia.

Providing and fixing welded steel windows of standard rolled steel sections, joints mitred and welded with 15x3mm lugs, 10cm long with steel lugs embedded in cement concrete blocks 15x10x10cm of 1:3:6 (1 cement, 3 coarse sand, 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) or wooden plugs and screws or with fixing clips or with fixing bolts and nuts as required, including fixing and welding of M.S. sheet of 1.20mm thick with M.S flat beading welded around the panels, welding of hinges, handles, tower bolts, hooks and eyes including the cost of applying a priming coat etc. completed - windows side hung / top hung.

Removing the loose particles rust / mill scale deposits completely duly cleaning it with wire brush / crush sheet etc. and removing the dust over the old concrete surface and providing and system based aromatic Rust remover of CERA / SIKA / FOSROC / Mc Bauchmie / DON / BASF OR EQUIVALANT make certified and tested by accredited institutions (conforming to IS 9077-1979 (reaffirmed - 1997) Appendix B, Clause 5.3.3) including all tools complete as per manufacturer specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Mixing a polymeric cementitious based bonding coat for bonding agent mixed thoroughly with mechanical mixing and applying the mix with brush on the prepared surface of the column / beams at the new and old concrete joint but the micro concrete should be laid with in 4 hours from the time of application with all lead and lift etc. completed all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing high strength Non-shrink free flow micro concrete of CERA / SIKA / FOSROC / Mc Bauchmie / DON / BASF OR EQUIVALENT make certified and tested by accredited institutions like IIT / SERC / NTH or so (conforming to ASTM C109 7cm cube for compressive strength 45-50 MPa, Physical properties : Tensile Strength - 2.0 N/Sqm @ 28 days (BS 4551-80). Flexural Strength - 5.0 N/Sqm @ 28 days) over the Epoxy bonding agent applied area on columns, slabs, beams etc. upto floor five level (aggregates of 6mm to 12mm chips may be added) (Measurement has to be taken considering 15mm thickness of repaired surface). For this treatment precise quantity of water (ie) 0.15 W/P ratio will be maintained for good mortar consistency as per the manufacturer specification with all lead and lift, etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including cement plaster.

Removing the existing colour wash by using scrapping machine, wire brush and other proper tools upto floor five level to ensure the surface free from loose particles, deposits, dust etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
