4.1.3 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

5.1.2 Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering , shuttering, finsishing and reinforcement -All work upto plinth level 1:1.5:3 (1cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

5.2.2 Reinforced cement concrete work in walls(any thickness) ,including attached pilasters, buttresses , plinth and sting courses , fillets , columns , pillars , piers , abutments , posts and struts etc. upto floor five level excluding cost of centering , shuttering , finishing and reinforcement - 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

5.9.1 Centering and shuttering including strutting , propping etc and removal of form for - foundations, footings, bases of columns etc for mass concrete.

5.9.6 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of form for - Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts.

5.22.7 Steel reinforcement for R.C.C.work including straightening , cutting bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level - Thermo -Mechanically treated bars (ISI BRAND OF APPROVED MAKE) Fe - 415 or more.

6.1.2 Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S.(non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in - cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

6.4.2 Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S (non modular ) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level upto floor five level in all shapes and sizes in - cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

10.25.2 Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

13.1.2 12mm cement plaster of mix -1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 fine sand).

13.2.2 15mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix - 1:6 (1cement : 6 fine sand).

13.48.1 Finishing with deluxe multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using primer as per manufacture's specification - Two or more coats applied on walls @ 1.25 ltr / 10 sqm over and including one coat of special primer applied @ 0.75 ltr / 10 sqm

11.41.2B Providing and laying Soluble salt vitrified floor tiles of size 60x 60cm(thicknes to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption's less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622 of approved make (Nitco / Somany / Johnson / Asian) in all colors and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. Size of Tile 600x600mm

9.120.1 Providing and fixing factory made panel PVC door shutter consisting of frame made out of M.S.tubes of 19 gauge thickness and size of 19 mm x 19 mm for styles and 15 x15 mm for top & bottom rails. M.S.frame shall have a coat of steel primers of approved make and manufacture . M.S. frame covered with 5 mm thick heat moulded PVC 'C' channel of size 30mm thickness, 70 mm width out of which 50 mm shall be flat and 20 mm shall be tapered in 45 degree angle on both side forming styles and 5 mm thick, 95 mm wide PVC sheet out of which 75 mm shall be flat and 20 mm shall be tapered in 45degree on the inner side to form top and bottom rail and 115 mm wide PVC sheet out of which 75 mm shall be flat and 20 mm shall be tapered on both sides to form lock rail. Top , bottom and lock rails shall be provided both side of the panel. 10mm (5 mm x 2mm) thick , 20 mm wide cross PVC sheet be provided as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail , panelling of 5 mm thick both side PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the styles & rails with 7 mm (5 mm + 2 mm) thick x 15 mm wide ...

9.119 Providing and fixing factory made P.V.C. door frame of size 50x 47 mm with a wall thickness of 5mm , made out of extruded 5 mm rigid PVC foam sheet, mitred at corners and joined with 2 nos , of 150mm long brackets of 15 x15 mm M.S. square tube, the vertical door frame profiles to be reinforced with 19 x19 mm M.S.square tube of 19 gauge , EPDM rubber gasket weather seal to be provided through out the frame The door frame to be fixed to the wall using M.S.screws of 65 / 100 mm size, complete as per manufacturter's specification

21.1.1.1 Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections / appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions , i.e at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing/paneling , C.P.brass / stainless steel screws , all complete as per architectural drawings (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) - for fixed portion - anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS:1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15).

21.3.1 Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window , ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings ( cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item) - with float glass panes of 4.0 mm thickness

12.80 Providing and fixing colour coated galvalume sheet of 550 M.P.A. yield of AZ 150 strength formed as per patterned steel rib profile with the depth of 31 mm pitch of 250 mm and overall width of 1060 mm and thickness 0.5mm with required J or C hook bolts and nuts 8mm dia G.S.paint andworking etc., complete excluding the cost of purlin , rafter and truss etc.

10.2 Structural steel work riveted , bolted or welded in built up sections , trusses and framed work , including cutting, hoisting , fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete

21.17 Providing and fixing anodised aluminium grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS:1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design / pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with C.P.brass / stainless steel screws @ 200 mm centre to centre , including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening, all complete as per requirement - (Only weight of grill to be measured for payment)

15.23.1 Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead - for thickness of tiles 10mm to 25mm.

11.61 Providing and laying 22 mm thick factory made pre-polished cement concrete flooring tiles of required colour and design over 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand ) and jointed with cement slurry mixed with an admixture of pigment to match the shade of the tile - (Endura \ Ultra \ Dazzle \ Technic)

13.62.1 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade - Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacure .

20.2.2 Boring , providing and installing bored cast -in-situ reinforced cement concrete piles of grade M-25 of specified diameter and length below the pile cap, to carry a safe working load not less than specified, excluding the cost of steel reinforcement but including the cost of boring , with bentonite solution and temporary casing of appropriate lenghth for setting out and removal of same and the lenghth of the pile to be embedded in the pile cap etc. all complete , including removal of excavated earth with all lifts and leads (length of pile for payment shall be measured upto bottom of pile cap) - 400 mm dia piles

11.63.3 Providing and fixing homogeneous Polyvinyl chloride sheet in flooring and skirting in approved pattern on a smooth and damp proof base using rubber based adhesives of approved quality including rolling with light wooden roller weighing about 5 kg. All complete - 2 mm thick sheet.
