Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work upto plith level - 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size)

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns,piers, abutments, pillars, posts,struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping,bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets,sunken floor etc. upto floor five level, excluding the cost of centering ,shuttering and finishing - 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Centring and shuttering including strutting , propping etc. and removal of form work for - retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc.

Providing and laying cement concrete in kerbs, steps and the like at or near ground level excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing - 1:2:4 (1cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete , excluding the cost of centering , shuttering , finsishing and reinforcement - All work upto plinth level 1:1.5:3 (1cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC door frame made of uPVC extruded sections having an overall dimension as below (tolerance +_1mm ), with wall thickness 2.0 mm (+-0.2mm), corners of the door frame to be jointed with galvanized brackets and stainless steel screws , joints mitred and plastic welded. The hinge side vertical of the frames reinforced by galvanized M.S.tube of size 19 x 19 mm and 1mm (+-0.1mm) wall thickness and 3 nos. stainless steel hinges fixed to the frame complete as per manufacturer's specification – Extruded section profile size 42 x 50 mm.

Providing and fixing to existing door frames - 30 mm thick factory made Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) door shutters made of styles and rails of a uPVC hollow section of size 60 x 30 mm and wall thickness 2 mm (+- 0.2 mm) with inbuilt decorative moulding edging on one side . The styles and rails mitred and joint at the corners by means of M.S. galvanised / plastic brackets of size 75 x 220 mm having wall thickness 1.0 mm and stainless steel screws. The styles of the shutter reinforced by inserting galvanised M.S.tube of size 25x20 mm and 1mm (+- 0.1mm) wall thickness . The lock rail made up of 'H' section , a uPVC hollow section of size 100 x 30 mm and 2 mm (+-0.2 mm) wall thickness , fixed to the shutter styles by means of plastic / galvanised M.S. 'U' cleats. The shutter frame filled with a uPVC multichambered single panel of size not less than 620 mm, having overall thickness of 20 mm and 1 mm (+_ 0.1mm) wall thickness . They panels filled vertcally and tie bar at two places by inserting horizontally 6 mm galvanized M.S.rod and fastened with nuts and washers, complete as per manufacturer's specification

Steel work welded in built up sections / framed work , including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required – in gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets,gates and similar works.

12mm cement plaster of mix -1:4 ( 1 cement: 4 fine sand)

15mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix - 1:4 (1cement : 4 fine sand)

6mm cement plaster of mix 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand)

Finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade - New work (two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg / 10 sqm

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade - One or more coats on old work

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacutre to give an even shade - Two or more coats on new work

Finishing with epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc.complete - on concrete work

Demolishing cement concrete manually / by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead – nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Acid cleaning for the existing Mosaic floors , glazed tiles work and removing the stains and decays to give a glassy look etc complte (The Acid used shall be 32% concentrated hydrochloric acid after taking on the precautionary measures)

Providing, laying and jointing UPVC pipes(Finolex / jain / Supreme / Truebore / Nandi) (0.6 Mpa)conforming to IS specification 4985 and ISI marked including transportation to the site , lowering to the trenches, laying to proper grade and alignment, testing of joints with required testing equipment,including cost of solvent cement,UPVC specials such as bends,tees, threaded pieces,couplers, reducer, endcaps etc., complete all as per IS and CPWD specification. - 75mm dia.

Providing and fixing in position UPVC moulded endcap (Finolex / jain)(0.6 Mpa) conforming to IS 7834 part II and ISI marked,including labour charges for jointing, jointing materials etc,complete -75mm dia

Providing and laying 22 mm thick factory made pre-polished cement concrete flooring tiles of required colour and design over 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand ) and jointed with cement slurry mixed with an admixture of pigment to match the shade of the tile - (Endura \ Ultra \ Dazzle \ Technic)

Supplying and fixing grey granite stone benches with back rest of model 1.50mm in length having two supporting foot rest of size 1.00 mt in height, 10cm thickness with bottom with 60cm at seating slab level 22cm and at top 15 cms. The seating slab will be of size 150cm in length 45cms in width an 7.5 cm in thick. The back rest portion shall be fixed with two nos of slab size 150cm x 15cm x 5 cm in the groove cut provided in the back rest stone. The rate shall be include the cost of granite stone dressing loading and unloading incidental charges, for 3 line dressing in all exposed surface and single nosing on all sides of the stone slab as per the design pattern. The rate shall also include all taxes as applicable complete as per the architectural drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
