Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means. (As per MoRTH specification, 4th Revision)

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg. per sqm. On the prepared bituminous / granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom. (As per MoRTH specification, 4th Revision)

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with HMP of capacity not less than 40 to 60 TPH using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminouse binder @ 4.0 to 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, tranporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achive the desired compaction as per Clause 507 of MoRTH specification, 4th Revision, complete in all respects - Using grade-II materials.

Scarifying the existing bituminous surfaceto a depth of 50mm and disposal of scarified material within all lifts and lead upto 1000 metres - by mechanical means.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with HMP of capacity not less than 40 to 60 TPH using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 509 of MoRTH specification 4th Revision, complete in all respects - Using grade-II material.-Bitumen -VG30

Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, for all lift, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as per direction of Engineer-in-charge , within a lead of 50m - all kinds of soil

Supply and filling with Quarry rubbish including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work upto plith level - 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 fine aggregate : 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size)

Centring and shuttering including strutting , propping etc. and removal of form work for - retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work upto plinth level - 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 fine aggregate : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Providing and laying unscreened gravel boulders to a consolidated thickness of 0.15m for sub base course including stacking of the material to the department gauge on road side for pre measurement. The volume of stacks calculated as per actual measurement shall be reduced by 15% for looseness in stacking to arrive at the net quantity. The rate shall including labour charges for spreading and hand packing to the required camber and grade and rolling with power roller, hire and fuel charges for all tools and plants employed and the cost of boulders etc., complete as directed by the Engineer- in – charge.

Providing, hoisting and fixing upto plinth level precast reinforced cement concrete for drain cover slab of length varying upto 1.50m of various thickness including the cost of required centering, shuttering and finishing smooth with 6mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine. sand) on all faces of the slab but excluding the cost of reinforcement with 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate of 20mm nominal size) etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C.work including straightening , cutting , bending , placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level - Thermo -Mechanically treated bars Fe - 500D or more

Providing and fixing of retro - reflectorised cautionary, mandatory & informatory sign as per IRC:67 made of aluminium sheet encapsulated lens with high intensity grade sheeting vide Clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm X 75 mm X 6 mm ( 3.5 mtrs height - 6.8kg/mtr = 23.8kg , with board support angle 35x35x6mm-2.30 mtrs - 3kg/mtr = 6.9kg and anchor flat - 0.5kg) firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 Grade cement concrete 45 cm X 45 cm X 60 cm , 60cm below ground level as per approved drawing. - 60 cm equilateral triangle . (including cost of angle iron towards cost of drilling holes , nuts , bolts etc.,)

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.

Providing and fixing 3M make reflective road studs of category 'A' raised pavement markers made out of poly carbonate /ABS moulded body and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face with retro reflectance and chromaticity values conforming to ASTM D4280. The reflective raised pavement markers shall also confirm the length, height and width of the body shall not be less than 100mm,15mm and 90mm and base of marker shall be flat within 1.3mm (3M equivalent). The marker shall support a load of 13635 Kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280. Lenses shall be moulded of Polycarbonate or methyl methacrylate conforming ASTM D788. The area of each retro reflectory surface shall not be less than 13.0 sqcm. The slope or retro-reflectory surface shall be 35+5 degree to base. Each reflector shall have a CIL not less than values specified in table 1 of said MORT&H circular and two cylindrical polymer shanks not less than 20mm diameter and not less than 30mm length shall be provided for better anchorage with bituminous grout or epoxy mortar all as per the MORTH circular No.RW/NH.33023/10/97-DO.III dt.11.06.97.
