Code No. Non PSR:- Supply erection, testing and commissioning of one number of distribution panel board for the power supply of overall size 1375 x 1750 x 300mm made out of 16 EWG thich cold rolled MS sheet. The panel has to be mounted on MS angle frame fixed suitably on the wall of 1 no. of 250 A, 4 pole change over, 1 no. of 125 A TPN cubicle switch fuse units make : L&T, 3 nos. of 100 A TPN cubicle switch fuse units make: L&T, 2 nos. of 63 A TPN cubicle switch fuse units make: L&T, 3 nos of current transformer, 1 no. of digital ammeter, 1 no. of digital voltmeter, 3 nos of signal lamps, 2 nos of selector switch units. The switch units are to be fixed within the allotted size in the panel board, the bottom sheet for cable entry. Inter connection between the switch fuse units are to be done with copper flats. The panel should be painted with two coats of rust froof zinc chromate and two coats of anti corrosive epoxy shade 631 siemens grey paint after completion of de rusting process. The door should be of flush type in position. The panel provided with removable type gland plated to the bottom and with sufficient holes of required diameter, the cost should be inclusive of minor modifications suitable for site condition as approved by Engineer -in Charge.
