Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor in different sizes (thickness to be specifed by the manufacturere) wirh water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand and manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (one cement : 4 fine aggregate) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg per sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching the pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only. Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge. Clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily - Glazed vitrified tiles Matt / Antiskid finish of size - size of tile 600x600mm

Finishing walls with premium acrylic smooth exterior paint with silicone additives of required shade - New work (two or more coats applied @1.43 ltr / 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @0.90 litre / 10sqm)

Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams / litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achive even shade and colour - One coat

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content - with water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams / litre

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc.complete

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, upto seven story height made with 40 mm dia .M.S.tube 1.5m centre to centre , horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S.tubes, M.S.tube challies, M.S.clamps and M.S.staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc.complete as approved. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. (Note: This item to be used for maintenance work judicically, necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item to be done.)

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead - of area 3 sqm and below

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window , ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the direction.( cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item) - with float glass panes of 5 mm thickness

Filling the gap in between aluminium frame & adjacent RCC / Brick / Stone work by providing weather silicon sealent over backer rod of approved quality as per architectural drawings and direction complete - Upto 5 mm depth and 5 mm width

Grading roof for water proofing treatment with - Cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 fine aggregate : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Chipping of unsound / weak concrete material from slabs , beams , columns etc. with manual Chisel and / or by standard power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges , making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts all complete as per direction of Engineer-incharge- 50 mm average thickness

Chipping of unsound / weak concrete material from slabs , beams , columns etc. with manual Chisel and / or by standard power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges , making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts all complete as per direction of Engineer-incharge - 25 mm average thickness

Cleaning of reinforcement from rust from the reinforcing bars to give it a total rust free steel surface by using alkaline chemical rust remover of approved make with paint brush and removing loose particles after 24 hours of its application with wire brush and thoroughly washing with water and allowing it to dry , all complete as per direction of the Engineer-incharge- Bars upto 12mm diameter

Providing, mixing and applying bonding coat of approved adhesive on chipped portion of RCC as per specifications and direction of Engineer-In-charge complete in all respect. 26.31.1 SBR Polymer (@10% of cement weight) modified cementitious bond coat @ 2.2 kg cement per sqm of surface area mixed with specified proportion of approved polymer

Providing , mixing and applying SBR polymer (of approved make ) modified Cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 (1 cement : 4 graded fine aggregate with polymer minimum 2% by wt.of cement used) as per specifications and direction. Note: Measurement and Payment : The Pre-meaurement of thickness shall be done just after the surface preparation is completed and payment under this item shall be made only after proper wet curing has been done and surface has been satisfactorily evaluated by sounding / tapping with a blunt metal instrument and / or the 75mm size cube crusing strength at the end of 28 days to be not less than 30 N / Sqmm) - 25 mm average thickness in two layers

Laying of non shrink free flow micro concrete renderoc RG or equivalent in the proportion 1:1 (One renderoc Rg: one graded stone aggregate of 12.5mm and below through the drilled holes till the voids and damaged area are completely filled and set to an average thickness of 50mm as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing leak proof centering and shuttering using 25mm thick plywood for damage slab / beam to carring out micro concreting work including ceiling the gaps if any with renderoc plugging compound and removal of form work
