Fabricating, supplying and erection of steel shutters of size above 1.00m and 2.00m width, made out of 8 mm thick mild steel plate and ISMC 100 x 50 mm channels for outer frame with each 2 Nos. of vertical and horizontal stiffeners with equal spacing made out of same section and 8 mm mild steel plate for gusset plate 2 Nos of size of 0.40 x 0.40m with required bolts and nuts etc., and erection of shutter in position at site with all accessories and conveying and leading shutter to site. The rate to include dismantling the old from the vent, including the power required, conveyance of equipments to site loading of dismantled materials after completion of work, transporting to stores, unloading and stacking. The shutter shall be finished with one coat of anticorrosive black paint over one coat of Red Oxide paint. The rate shall include petty civil work and trial operation and all taxes etc., complete

Fabricating, supplying and erection of screw gearing steel shutters of size above 2.00m and upto 3.00 m width, made out of 8mm thick Mild steel plate using ISMC 150 x 75 mm channels for horizontal stiffeners minimum 4 Nos. and ISMC 100 x 50 mm channels for vertical stiffeners 5 Nos. and 10mm Mild Steel plate for Gusset Plate 2 Nos. of size 0.60 x 0.60 m with required bolts and nuts etc., and erection of shutter in position at site with all accessories and conveying and leading the shutter to the site.
