Centering and shuttering including strutting , propping etc and removal of form for - Suspended floors , roofs , landings , balconies and access platform

Centering and shuttering including strutting , propping etc and removal of form for - Lintels , beams , plinth beams , girders , bressumers and catilevers

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C.work including straightening, cutting , bending , placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level - Thermo - Mechanically Treated bars Fe - 500D or more

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular ) bricks of class designation 3.5 in foundation and plinth in - cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine aggregate)

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S (non modular ) bricks of class designation 3.5 in superstructure above plinth level upto floor five level in all shapes and sizes in - cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 fine aggregate)

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 3.5 in foundations and plinth in - cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement :3 fine aggregate)

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour casement / casement cum fixed glazed door comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame, sash and mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 + or - 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size accoring to uPVC profile), uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension , EPDM gasket , zinc alloy (white powder coated ) 3D hinges and one handle on each side of panels along with zinc plated mild steel multi point locking having transmission gear , cylinder with keeps and one side key, G.I.fastners 100 x8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screws , etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners , mullion (if required) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backer rod of required size and of approved quality , all complete as per approved drawing. (Single / double glass panes and silicon sealent shall be paid separately) - casement door with 3D hinges made of (big series) frame 67 x 64 mm & sash 67 x 110 mm both having wall thickness of 2.3 + or - 0.2mm and single glazing bead / double glazing bead of appropriate dimension.(Area of door upto 2.00 sqm) - casement door size 0.9 x 2.10

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour fixed glazed windows / ventilators comprising of uPVC multi - chambered frame and mullion (where ever required ) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.6 + or - 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension , EPDM gasket, G.I.fastners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall , plastic packers , plastic caps and necessary stainless steel screws etc.Profile of frame shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners , mullion (if required) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant over backer rod of required size and of approved quality , all complete as per approved drawing. Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS:15622(thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine aggregate) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete

Providing and laying rectified glazed ceramic floor tiles of size 300x300 mm or more (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS:15622 of approved make in all colours , shades, except white, ivory, grey, fume red brown, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine aggregate) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg per sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete

12mm cement plaster of mix -1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 fine aggregate)

15mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix - 1:4 (1cement : 4 fine aggregate)

6mm cement plaster of mix 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine aggregate)

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content - with water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams / litre

Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade - New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.28 ltr / 10 sqm ) over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg / 10 sqm

Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams / litre of approved brand and manufacture , including applying additional coats wherever required to achive even shade and colour - Two coats

Demolishing cement concrete manually / by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. - Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Providing and fixing water closet squatting pan (Indian type W.C.pan) with 100 mm Sand Cast Iron P or S trap, 10 litre low level white P.V.C flusing cistren, including flush pipe with , manually controlled device (handle lever) conforming to IS : 7231 , with all fittings and fixtures complete , including cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required. Providing, laying and jointing UPVC pipes (1 Mpa)conforming to IS specification 4985 and ISI marked including transportation to the site, lowering to the trenches, laying to proper grade and alignment, testing of joints with required testing equipment,including cost of solvent cement,UPVC specials such as bends,tees, threaded pieces,couplers,reducer,endcaps etc.,complete all as per IS and CPWD specification. - 25mm dia.
