Code No. 11.36A:- Providing and fixing 1st quallity ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacture of approved make (Jhonson /Asian / Somany / Nitco) in all colours, shades of size 200 x 300 mm as approved in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg per sqm. Including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete. - size 200x300mm

Code No. 11.38:-Providing and laying ceramic glazed floor tiles 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of first quality conforming to IS: 15622 of approved make (Bell / Johnson / Regency / Somany / Naveen / Asian ) in all colors, shades, except white, ivory, grey, fume red brown laid on 20mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1cement : 4 coarse sand) including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.

Code No. 13.1.1:- 12mm cement plaster of mix :Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Code No. 14.1.1: - Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. metres and under including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead - With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Code No. 14.53.1: - Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade - One or more coats on old work

Code No. 15.23.1:- Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50m lead - For thickness of tiles above 10mm and upto 25mm.

Code No. 15.44.1:- Dismantling G.I. Pipes (external work) including excavation and refilling trenches after taking out the pipes manually / by mechanical means including stacking of pipes within 50m lead - 15mm to 40mm nominal bore.

Code No. 15.56:- Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50m lead.

Code No. 16.98:- Providing and fixing 20mm, thick PVC shutter for doors , windows , cupboard etc., made of rigid PVC extruded multi chamber section of size 20mm x200mm, and outer edges of shutter framed with PVC channel section of size 24mm x 59mm, having interlocking facilities. The door frame of extruded PVC section size 40mm x 48mm, having a maximum wall thickness 2.80mm +/-0.30mm.The corners and joints shall be mitrecut and welded . The rate shall include the cost of necessary hinges , handles and locking facilities wherever necessary.

Code No. 16.115:- Applying two coats of cement based polymer modified bonding admixture (FOSROC or equivalent ) over the existing RCC members after removing the plastering and cleaning the concrete surfaces and saturated with clean water. The cost including all materials labour charges.

Code No. 16.117:- Supply and fixing of side hung window at all levels made out of unplasticised Poly vinyl chloride frame from approved make of natural colour with casement outer frame of size 56x48x30mm , shutter frame 66x56x30mm with wall thickness of 1.8mm (+/-0.3mm) and 5mm thick , clear glass . The gasket should be made of EPDM (Ethylene propylene dimonomer) with double gasket sealing and applying silicone sealants outside and acrylic sealent inside. The sections should be reinforced with GI sheet of 1.5mm thick with suitable drainage grouting including all necessary hardware fittings etc., all complete as per arcchitectural drawings and the engineer -in - charge.

Code No. 17.1.1:- Providing and fixing water closet squatting pan (Indian type W.C.pan) with 100mm sand cast iron P or S trap, 10 litre low level white P.V.C . Flushing cistern with manually controlled device (handle lever) conforming to IS : 7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete including cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required : white vitreous china orissa pattern W.C .pan of size 580X 440mm with integral type foot rests.

Code No. 17.2.2:- Providing and fixing white vitreous china pedestal type water closet (European type W.C. pan) with seat and lid, 10 litre low level white P.V.C. flushing cistern with manually controlled device (handle lever) conforming to IS 7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete including cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required - WC pan with ISI marked black solid plastic seat and lid.

Code No. 17.7.4:- Providing and fixing wash basin with CI brackets, 15mm CP brass pillar taps 32 mm CP brass waste of standard pattern including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever required White vitreous china flat back wash basin size 550x400mm with single 15mm CP brass pillar taps.
