Providing and fixing 18mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished (premoulded and prepolished) machine cut for kitchen platforms,vanity counters,window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade,colour and texture laid over 20mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing,curing moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels - Granite of any colour and shade - Area of slab upto 0.50 sqm

Providing edge moulding to 18mm thick marble stone counters ,vanities etc., including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete - Granite work

Finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade - New work (two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg / 10 sqm

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic washable distember (ready mixed) of approved manufacutrer, of required shade and colour complete as per manufacturer 's specification - Two or more coats on new work

Demolishing brick work manually / by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead - in cement mortar

Dismantling precast concrete or stone slabs in walls, partion walls etc. Including stacking within 50 metres lead - thickness upto 40mm

Providing and laying fully vitrified floor tiles of size 600 x600 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make (Nitco / Rak / Johnson /Asian ) in all colours and shades, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete - size of tile 600 x600 mm

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m

Disposal of building rubbish and unserviceable dismantled materials with a lead of 2km radius beyond the initial lead by 50m and filling the rubbish materials in the road side low lying areas. The rate including loading, incidential charges and transporting charges etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour casement /casement cum fixed glazed windows comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame, sash and mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 + or - 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, stainless steel (SS 304 grade) friction hinges, zinc alloy (white powder coated)casement handles, G.I fasteners 100 x8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall, plastic packers, plastic caps and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, mullion (if required) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing.(Single / double glass panes and silicon sealent shall be paid separately) - Casement window single panel with S.S.friction hinges (300x19x1.9mm), made of (small series) frame 47 x 50 mm & sash 47 x 68 mm both having wall thickness of 1.9 + or - 0.2mm and single glass pane glazing bead of appropriate dimension (Area of window upto 0.75sqm) - (casement window size 0.50 x 1.35 m)
