This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. 32 mm nominal outer dia Pipes.

11.41.2C Providing and laying fully vitrified floor tiles of size 60 x 60cm (thicknes to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption's less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622 of approved make (Nitco/Rak/ Johnson/Asian) in all colors and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. Size of Tile 600 x 600mm Commercial quality.

9.119 Providing and fixing factory made P.V.C. door frame of size 50x47mm with a wall thickness of 5mm, made out of extruded 5mm rigid PVC foam sheet mitred at corners and joined with 2nos.of 150mm long brackets of 15x15mm M.S.square tube, the vertical door profiles to be reinforced with 19 x19mm M.S.square tube of 19 gauge, EPDM rubber gasket weather seal to be provided through out the frame.The door frame to be fixed to the wall using M.S.screws of 65/100mm size complete as per manufacturers specification.

9.120.1 Providing and fixing factory made panel PVC door shutter consisting of frame made out of M.S.tubes of 19 gauge thickness and size of 19 mm x 19 mm for styles and 15 x15 mm for top & bottom rails. M.S.frame shall have a coat of steel primers of approved make and manufacture. M.S. frame covered with 5 mm thick heat moulded PVC 'C' channel of size 30mm thickness, 70 mm width out of which 50 mm shall be flat and 20 mm shall be tapered in 45 degree angle on both side forming styles and 5 mm thick, 95 mm wide PVC sheet out of which 75 mm shall be flat and 20 mm shall be tapered in 45 degree on the inner side to form top and bottom rail and 115 mm wide PVC sheet out of which 75 mm shall be flat and 20 mm shall be tapered on both sides to form lock rail. Top, bottom and lock rails shall be provided both side of the panel. 10mm (5 mm x 2) thick , 20 mm wide cross PVC sheet be provided as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail , panelling of 5 mm thick both side PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the styles & rails with 7 mm (5 mm + 2 mm) thick x 15 mm wide PVC sheet beading on inner side , and joined together with solvent cement adhesive. An additional 5 mm thick PVC strip of 20 mm width is to be stuck on the interior side of the 'C" Channel using PVC solvent adhesive etc. complete manufacturer's specification & drawing - 30mm thick plain PVC door shutters.

18.48A Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank ISI: 12701 marked, with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank - Circular Tank.

12.41.2 Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS: 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10mm gap for thermal expansion,(i) Single socketed pipes - 110 mm diameter.

12.42.5.2 Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised - PVC moulded fittings/ accessories for unplasticised rigid PVCrain water pipes conforming to IS:13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS: 5382, leaving 10mm gap for thermal expansion - bend 87.5 degree - 110 mm bend.

12.42.6.2 Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised - PVC moulded fittings/ accessories for unplasticised rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS:13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS: 5382, leaving 10mm gap for thermal expansion - shoe (plain) - 110mm shoe .

9.1.2Q Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames , wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length (hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately) – Vegesa /Bandaru wood.

9.5.1.2Q Providing and fixing panelled or paneled and glazed shutters for doors, windows, and clerestory windows, including ISI marked M.S.pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws, excluding panelling which will be paid for separately , all complete - Vegesa/Bandaru wood - 30 mm thick shutters.

9.9.1.2Q Providing and fixing glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows using 4 mm thick float glass panes including ISI marked M.S.pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws - Vegesa / Bandaru wood - 30 mm thick

17.7.2 Providing and fixing wash basin with C.I. brackets, 15mm C.P. brass pillar taps ,32 mm C.P.brass waste of standard pattern, including painting of fittings and brackets ,cutting and making good the walls wherever required - white Vitreous China wash basin size 630x450 mm with a single 15 mm C.P.brass pillar taps.

17.32.2 Providing and fixing mirror of superior glass (of approved quality) and of required shape and size with plastic moulded frame of approved make and shade with 6mm thick hard board backing - rectangular shape 453x 357 mm.

15.23.1 Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead – for thickness of tiles 10mm to 25mm.

11.40.2 Providing and laying rectified ceramic rustic / matt finish floor tiles of size 600x600 mm or more (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS: 15622 of approved make (Somany/Nitco) in all colours shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.

18.49.1 Providing and fixing C.P.brass bib cock of approved quality conforming to IS: 8931 - 15 mm nominal bore.

10.25.2 Steel work welded in built up sections / framed work , including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required – in gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets,gates and similar works.

6.4.2 Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level upto floor five level in all shapes and sizes in - cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

13.1.2 12mm cement plaster of mix -1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand).

13.2.2 15mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix - 1:6 (1cement : 6 fine sand)

13.61.1 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacutre to give an even shade- Two or more coats on new work.

11.3.1 Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc complete - 40mm thick with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate.

9.123 Providing and fixing facory made door frame (single rebate) made out of single piece extruded solid PVC foam profile with homogenous fine cellular structure having smooth outer integral skin having 62 mm width & 32 mm thickness , frame will be mitred & jointed with self driven self tapping screws of size 38 mm x 4 mm & PVC solvent cement , including fixing the frame to wall with suitable dia & length anchor fastener as per manufacturer's specification.

9.124.1 Providing and fixing factory made 30 mm thick door shutter made of solid PVC foam profile. The styles & rails shall be of size 75 mm X 30 mm having wall thickness 5 mm. The styles, top & bottom rails shall have one side wall thickness of 15 mm integarally extruded on the hinge side of the profile for better screw holding power. The styles and rails shall be reinforced with M.S. tubes of size 33 mm x 17 mm x 1 mm , painted with primer , all four corners of reinforcement to be welded or sealed. Solid PVC extruded bidding (push fit type) will be set inside the styles and the rails with a cavity, to recive single piece extruted 5 mm PVC sheet as panel. The styles and rails will be mitred cut and joint with the help of PVC solvent cement & self driven self tapping screws. Single piece extruded solid PVC lock rail of size 100 mm X 30 mm with wall thickness 5 mm &15 mm integrally extruded in the middle of the lock rail & fixed with styles with the help of PVC solvent cement and self driven self tapping screws of size 100 mm x 8 mm complete as per manufacturer's specifications - Non decorative finish.

15.2.1 Demolishing cement concrete manually/by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead – nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix).

4.2.2 Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns,piers, abutments, pillars, posts,struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping,bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc. upto floor five level, excluding the cost of centering ,shuttering and finishing - 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

12.80 roviding and fixing colour coated galvalume sheet of 550 M.P.A. yield of AZ 150 strength formed as per patterned steel rib profile with the depth of 31 mm pitch of 250 mm and overall width of 1060 mm and thickness 0.5mm with required J or C hook bolts and nuts 8mm dia G.S.paint and working etc., complete excluding the cost of purlin , rafter and truss etc.
