Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix with stone aggregate 40mm nominal size in foundation upto a depth of 1.5 metres below ground level and upto height of 1.5 above ground/bed level.

Plain cement concrete m-15 mix with stone aggregates 20mm nominal size mechanically mixed and vibrated in foundation upto a depth of 1.50 metres below ground level and/or 1.50 metres above ground/bed level.

Plain cement concrete m-15 mix with stone aggregates 20mm nominal size mechanically mixed and vibrated in superstructure upto 4.00 metre above, 1.50 metre from ground/bed level.

Reinforced cement concrete m-20 mix with stone aggregate 20mm nominal size mechanically mixed and vibrated for reinforced concrete work in slab excluding steel reinforcement, but including centering and shuttering, laid in position.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. works including bending, binding and placing in position - Thermo Mechanical Treated Bars (ISI brand approved make) Fe - 415 or more

12mm cement plaster of mix -1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand)

White washing with lime to give an even shade - new work (three or more coats)

Fabricating, supplying and erection of steel shutters of size above 1.00m and 2.00m width, made out of 8 mm thick mild steel plate and ISMC 100 x 50 mm channels for outer frame with each 2 Nos. of vertical and horizontal stiffeners with equal spacing made out of same section and 8 mm mild steel plate for gusset plate 2 Nos of size of 0.40 x 0.40m with required bolts and nuts etc., and erection of shutter in position at site with all accessories and conveying and leading shutter to site. The rate to include dismantling the old from the vent, including the power required, conveyance of equipments to site loading of dismantled materials after completion of work, transporting to stores, unloading and stacking. The shutter shall be finished with one coat of anticorrosive black paint over one coat of Red Oxide paint. The rate shall include petty civil work and trial operation and all taxes etc., complete.

Fabricating, supply and fixing of screw rod 63 mm dia Mild Steel Round rod duly machined and fully threaded to suit the Capstain Head Assembly with required bold and nut fastened with Eye plate of the shutters including greasing etc., including dismantling old screw rod conveying loading and unloading and stacking to section store etc., complete.

Fabricating, supplying and fixing of top beam made out of 200 x 100 mm (ISMB 200) duly drilled to suit the head set assembly with required bed bolt made out of 25mm Mild Steel round road duly threaded with suitable anchorage arrangements to a height of 0.9m necessary fish plate made out of 12 mm Mild Steel Plate of size 0.23 x 0.30 m 2 Nos. to place of Beam in position including petty civil works and painting with one coat of anticorrosive black paint with one coat red oxide primer etc., including dismantling old Beam conveying, loading and unloading and stacking to section store etc., complete.

Fabricating, supply and erection of cast Iron Head set Assembly light duty with Hexagonal nut (Approximate 70 Kg) duly machined with nut threading to suit the screw Rod with including cost of ball bearings for smooth operation cost of grease, one coat of Anticorrosive black paint over one coat of Red Oxide Primer. The cost shall include required handle for shutter operation including dismantling the existing head set Assembly and conveying to the store and stacking including loading and unloading charges etc., complete.
