Code No. 10.28:- Providing and fixing stainless steel (grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding ,grinding. Buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete. i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.,)

Code No. 11.63.3:- Providing and fixing homogeneous Polyvinyl chloride sheet in flooring and skirting in approved pattern on a smooth and damp proof base using rubber based adhesives of approved quality including rolling with light wooden roller weighing about 5 kg. All complete - 2 mm thick sheet

Code No. 16.97:- Providing and fixing PVC false roofing with the existing PVC cabin using sintex PVC section of size 6mm x 250 mm , having interlocking facilities supported in the PVC extruted multi chamber frame section of 40 x 48 mm , with necessary MS / Stailess screws. The rate includes the cost of sintex PVC section , labour charges for fixing and transport etc.complete

Code No. 16.118:- Supply and fixing of sliding windows at all levels made out from Unplasticised Poly vinyl chloride frame (UPVC) of natural colour (PRISTINE WHITE) with outer frame of size 40 x 56x40mm / 102 x 56x 40mm and for shutter frame of size 53 x 38 x37 mm for two track / three track sliding widows , with wall thickness of 1.8mm (+/-0.3mm). The section should be single glazing using (flush catch) single point locking. The gasket should be made of EPDM (Ethylene propylene dimonomer) and applying silicon sealents (GE make or wacker make) outside and acrylic sealent inside including single glazing of 5mm thick clear float glass . The sections should be reinforced with GI sheet of 1.5 mm thick with suitable drainage grouting

Code No. 21.2.1:- Providing and fixing 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS:12823 grade I type II , in panelling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings- Pre - laminated particle board with decorative lamination on one side and balancing lamination on other side

Code No. 21.3.2:- Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window , ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings ( cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item) - with float glass panes of5.50 mm thickness

Code No. 21.18:- Providing and fixing 12 mm thick frameless toughened glass door shutter of approved brand and manufacture , including providing and fixing top & bottom pivot & spring type fixing arrangement and making necessary holes etc. for fixing required door fittings, all complete (Door handle, lock and stopper etc. to be paid separately)

Code No. 21.1.1.1:- Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections / appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS:733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions , i.e at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling , C.P.brass / stainless steel screws , all complete as per architectural drawings (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) - for fixed portion - anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS:1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15)

Code No. 27.9:- Providing and fixing factory made solid Foam uPVC profile for kitchen cabinet frame (45 x 20 mm) of approved shade , quality and make . The profile shall be laminated on both sides , made from rigid foam sheets (Single extruded) having density 600 Kg /cum and the exposed edges sealed with PVC edge beading of same shade and colour. The frame shall be fire retardent with necessary screw holding capacity. Frame shall be fixed to wall using Expendable Fastner with necessary stainless steel screws , all complete

Code No. 27.10:- Providing and fixing factory made Kitchen Cabinet Shutter / Partition 20mm nominal thickness of approved shade , quality and make from rigid foam sheets (single extruded) having density 600 Kg / cum and laminated on both side by laminate Sheet / PVC foil lamination. The exposed edges shall be sealed with PVC edge beading of same shade and colour. The shutter shall be fire retardent having necessary screw holding capacity. Shutter shall be fixed to frame using approved hinges with necessary stainless steel screws , all complete.
