Providing and fixing factory made UPVC door frame made of UPVC extruded, section having an overall dimension , as below (tolerance +/- 1mm) with wall thickness 2.0mm +/- 02mm. Corners of the door frame to be jointed with galvanized brackets and stainless steel screws, joint mitred and plastic wilded . The hinge side vertical of the frames reinforced by galvanized M.S.tube9 of size 19x19mm and 1 mm +/-0.1mm wall thickness and 3 nos.stainless steel hinges fixed to the frame complete as manufacturers specification – Extruded section Profile size 48x40mm.

Providing and fixing to existing door frames - 24mm thick factory made PVC door shutters made of styles and rails of a UPVC hollow section of size 59x24mm and wall thickness 2mm +or- 0.2mm with inbuilt edging on both sides. The styles and rails mitred and jointed at the corners by means of M.S.galvanised / plastic brackets of size 75x220 mm having wall thickness 1.0mm and stainless steel screws. The styles of the shutter reinforced by inserting galvanised M.S.tube of size 20x20mm and 1mm +or-0.1mm wall thickness .The lock rail made up of 'H' section , a UPVC hollow section of size 100x24 mm and 2mm + or - 0.2mm all thickness fixed to the shutter styles by means of plastic / galvanized M.S.'U' cleats. The shutter frame filled with a UPVC multi - chambered single panel of size not less than 620 mm, having over all thickness of 20mm and 1mm + or -0.1mm wall thickness. The panels filled vertically and tie bar at two places by inserting horizontally 6mm galvanized M.S.rod and fastened with nuts and washers,complete as per manufacturer's specification .(For W.C. and bathroom door shutter)

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking - material within 50m lead - For thickness of tiles above 25mm and upto 40mm.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50m lead.

Providing wall black board with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement :3 sand) finishing with a floating coat of neat cement and charcoal powder mixed in the proportion 1:2 (1 cement : 2 charcoal powder) and applying one coat of black board paint including 20mm thick cement plaster band 50mm wide in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand)
