Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineerin- Charge) of total coated thickness 0.50mm (base metal of minimum 0.45mm thickness with total Coating thickness of 0.05mm) with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

12 mm cement plaster of mix 1:5 (1 cement : 5 fine aggregate)

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1:5 (1 cement : 5 fine aggregate)

18 mm thick plain cement mortar band in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine aggregate ) - moulded band

Finishing walls with premium acrylic smooth exterior paint with silicone additives of required shade - New work (two or more coats applied @1.43 ltr / 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @0.90 litre / 10sqm)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacutre to give an even shade - Two or more coats on new work

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1mm of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete

Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams / litre of approved brand and manufacture , including applying additional coats wherever required to achive even shade and colour - Two coats

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content - with water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams / litre

Demolishing lime concrete manually / by mechanical means and disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Demolishing R.C.C work manually / by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-incharge.

Demolishing brick work manually / by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.- in cement mortar

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead - for thickness of tiles 10mm to 25mm

Providing and fixing glazed black board of required size using 5mm thick plain glass sheet front face finely ground and fixed in teak wood (Forest teak) frames of cross section 100 x40 mm size made to the specified shape alround fixed with 3 mm wooden fillets and stiffened at the rear side with teak wood repers of size 45 x 18 mm along the height of board at the specified spacing at 45 cm c/c approximately and fixing in portion in the wall face with teak wood plugs and screws at an intervel of 90 cm approximately alround the frame including the cost of plugs screws etc. The rate shall also include painting the smooth face of glass (Rear face of the glass board) and rear face of frame polishing the frame (front face ) roughing the front face of glass black board etc.complete .(Black board shall be measured internally for the purpose of Payment)

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window , ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the direction.( cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item) - with float glass panes of 5 mm thickness

Filling the gap in between aluminium frame & adjacent RCC / Brick / Stone work by providing weather silicon sealent over backer rod of approved quality as per architectural drawings and direction complete - Upto 5 mm depth and 5 mm width
