Providing and fixing 3M make reflective road studs of category 'A' raised pavement markers made out polycarbonate / ABS moulded body and reflective panels with retro reflective micro prismatic tough poly carbonate lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face with retro reflectivity and chromaticity values conforming to ASTM D4280. The reflective raised pavements markers shall also confirm the length, height and width of the body shall not be less than 100mm, 15mm and 90mm and base of marker shall be flat with in 1.3mm (3M equivalent). The marker shall withstand a load of 13635kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280 lenses shall be moulded of polycarbonate or methyl methacrylate conforming ASTM D788. The area of each retro reflective surface shall not be less than 13.0 sq.cm. The slope or retro reflectivity surface shall be 35+5 degree to base. Each reflector shall have a CII not less than values specified in table 1 of said MoRTH circular and two cylindrical polymers shanks not less 20mm diameter and not less than 30mm length shall be provided for better anchorage with bituminous grout or epoxy mortar all as per the latest MoRTH circular.
