35 mm thick factory made solid panel PVC door shutter , made out of single piece extruded solid PVC profiles , 5 mm (+_ 0.2 mm ) thick , having styles & rails (except lock rail) of size 95 mm x 35mm x 5mm , out of which 75 mm shall be flat and 20 mm shall be tapered (on both side) , having one side thickness of 15 mm integrally extruted on the hinge side of the profile for better screw holding power, including reinforcing with MS tube of size 40 mm x 20mm x 1 mm, joints of styles & rails to be mitered cut & joint with the help of PVC solvent cement, self driven self tapping screws & M.S. rectangular pipes bracket of size 190 mm x 100 mm of cross section size 35 mm x 17 mm x 1 mm at each corner.

Single piece extruted 5mm thick solid PVC Lock rail of size 115 mm x 35 mm x 35 mm , out of which 95 mm to be flat and 20 mm to be tapered at both ends , having 15 mm soild core in middle of rail section integrally extruted , fixing the styles & rails with the help of solvent and self driven self taping screws of 125 mm X 11 mm , including providing 5 mm single piece solid PVC extruded sheet inserted in the door as panel , all complete as per manufacturer's specification - Decorative finish ( wood grained finish)

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour sliding glazed window upto 1.50m in height dimension comprising of uPVC multi - chambered frame with in-built roller track and sash extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 + or - 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), appropriate dimension of uPVC extruded glazing beads and uPVC extruded interlocks, EPDM gasket, wool pile , zinc alloy (white powder coated) touch locks with hook , zinc alloy body with single nylon rollers (weight bearing capacity to be 40 kg), G.I. fastners 100 x8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame & sash shyall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc.After fixing frame

Providing and fixing colour coated galvalume sheet of 550 M.P.A. yield of AZ 150 strength formed as per patterned steel rib profile with the depth of 31 mm pitch of 250 mm and overall width of 1060 mm and thickness 0.5mm with required J or C hook bolts and nuts 8mm dia G.S.paint and working etc., complete excluding the cost of purlin, rafter and truss etc.,

Renewing wooden beams in roofs, including making good the holes in wall and painting with oil type wood preservative of approved brand and manufacture complete, including removal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead - Not exceeding 4.00 metres in length - Vengai wood beams

Raking out joints in lime or cement mortar and preparing the surface for repointing or replastering , including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead

Flush pointing with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) mixed with 2% of integral water proofing compound by weight of cement for flat tile bricks on top of mud phaska - with F.P.S. brick tiles

White washing with lime to give an even shade - Old work (two or more coats)

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scrarches etc.complete

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade - One or more coats on old work

Taking out doors, windows and clerestory window shutters (steel or wood) including stacking within 50 metres lead - of area beyond 3 sqm

Dismantling tiled roofing with battens, boarding etc. complete including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead

Chipping of unsound / weak concrete material from slabs, beams , columns etc. with manual Chisel and / or by standard power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges , making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts all complete - 25 mm average thickness

Cleaning of reinforcement from rust from the reinforcing bars to give it a total rust free steel surface by using alkaline chemical rust remover of approved make with paint brush and removing loose particles after 24 hours of its application with wire brush and thoroughly washing with water and allowing it to dry , all complete - Bars upto 12mm diameter

Providing , mixing and applying bonding coat of approved adhesive on chipped portion of RCC as per specifications and complete in all respect - SBR Polymer ( @ 10% of cement weight ) modified cementitious bond coat @ 2.2 kg cement per sqm of surface area mixed with specified proportion of approved polymer

Providing , mixing and applying SBR polymer (of approved make ) modified Cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 (1 cement : 4 graded coarse sand with polymer minimum 2% by wt.of cement used) as per specifications . Note: Measurement and Payment : The Pre-meaurement of thickness shall be done just after the surface preparation is completed and payment under this item shall be made only after proper wet curing has been done and surface has been satisfactorily evaluated by sounding / tapping with a blunt metal instrument and / or the 75mm size cube crusing strength at the end of 28 days to be not less than 30 N / Sqmm) - 25 mm average thickness in two layers

Applying of multi surface Nano-scaling system with organosilane based reactive wtaer proofing agent (Zycosil plus or equivalent) Nano sealer duty mixed with acrylic based sealing bonding admixture (Zyco primer or equivalent) mixed in the proportion as recommended by the manafacture with potable water (1000ppm) on the prepared surface of masonry / concrete. The rate to include the cost of preparing the surface by chipping, cleaning the bulged / loose concrte / nortar removing smooth by sand paper / stone and fanning / blowing the duat by air compressor, preparing the solution in manufacture's recommended proportion and applying on the surface directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Finishing walls with premium apex ultima of required shade new work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43ltr/10sqm over and including base coat of water proofing cement paint applied @2.20kg/10Sqm

Supplying and laying factory moulded M30 grade and non Granular segment paver block of specified colour and design by using rubber moulds for a nominal thick 60mm thick manufacture using automatic block handling system cured in a controlled chamber. The blocks to have a compressive strength of 300 kf/sq.cm laid over a bed of 50mm thick coarse sand compacted property with vibration placing each block firmly fixed with neighboring block and sand bed with suitable vibrator and vibrating dry sand in to the joints. The rate includes the cost of separating and vibrating the bed sand and paver blocks to the required chamber and gradient as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.
