4.1.10 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work upto plith level - 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size)

4.1.3 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work upto plith level - 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

2.31 Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth upto 30cm measured at a height of 1m above ground level and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

31.128.1D Providing and laying Cast Iron Double flanged pipe conforming to IS specification 1537&7181 and ISI marked suitable for flanged joints in good condition including transportation of C.I.pipe from production centre/company to the site at UT of Puducherry, lowering to the trenches (or fixing in over head tanks above ground level) laying to proper grade and alignment, testing of joints with required testing equipment etc., complete all as per IS 3114 and CPWD specification. (earth work and jointing of pipes with rubber insertion will be paid separately) -200mm dia.

31.276.1C Supplying of electricallly operated horizontal split casing pump and motor (JYOTHI/KIRLOSKAR/ BEACON) make AC 3 phase,415 volts,50 HZ,1500 RPM, squirrel cage motor.The pump shall have bronze impeller, high grade steel shaft, flexible coupling set, including the cost of common,M.S. Base plate, foundation bolts, etc. complete with suitable suction and delivery sizes.(25 HP centrifugal motor and pumpset).

31.256.1C Supplying and fixing of fully automatic air break star-delta starter range for 13A to 25A F.A.S.D. (Bharat Culter Hammer /L&T/Siemens make) with suitable M.S. angle frame etc., complete.- 20HP to 25HP pumpsets -(ML-1.5).

31.300.1B Supply and installation of DI D/F Gate each Valves (Soft seated) Resilient seated soft sealing gate valves (Sluice valves) (MakeVAG, AVK, Fouress) with body bonnet of ductile iron of grade GGG 40, wedge fullyrubber lined EPDM of good quality W720 ,replaceable spindle nut, without gland packing and with 3 O-ring protection on the shaft and seals of NBR and the valves should be vacuum tight and 100% leak proof with face to face dimen-sions as per BSS 163-89/ISI 4846 - 2000/DIN3202 F4. All the valves should be Electrostatic powder coated both inside outside with pocket less straight thro body passage. All the valves shall be compatible for burried application without chambers, with pressure rating PN 10/16 - dia 200mm.

NON-PSR Suppling and fixing of single Chamber, Double Orifice D.I. Air valve with Tripple function (Venting, admitting and venting during operation) Temper proof in one piece construction (both large and small Orifice housed in the housing itself), with capacity to handle air up to sonic velocity (300 m/s) with flange dimention acc. To EN 1092 - 2/IS 1538. Body and cover in ductile cast iron of grade GGG 40. All internal parts such as float, shell etc. & all cover bolts of austenitic alloy steen and DN 50 float of HOSTAFLON and gaskets and seals of EPDM approved for anti bacterial which is mandatory for drinking water, with Electrostatic epoxy power coating (EP - P) inside and outside color blue RAL 5005 with minimum coating thickness of 250 microns. The EPDM rubber and Epoxy Power should be approved by W 270 (EP - P it is a resi - coat powder approved for drinking water application, applied through fusion bonding technology process by dipping the shot blasted cased components heated up to 200 deg C).VAG DUO JET AIR Valve 50 mm dia.
