Panelling for panelled or panelled and glazed shutters 25 mm to 40 mm thick - Vegesa / Bandaru wood.

9.48.1 Providing and fixing M.S.grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc. including priming coat with approved steel primer all complete -Fixed to steel windows by welding.

9.95.1 Providing and fixing ISI marked aluminium butt hinges anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with necessary screws etc. complete - 125 X 75 X 4 mm.

9.101.1 Providing and fixing aluminium hanging floor door stopper, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour and shade with necessary screws etc complete - Single rubber stopper.

9.118.3 Providing and fixing to existing door frames - 25 mm thick PVC flush door shutters made out of a one piece Multi chamber extruded PVC section of the size of 762 mm x 25 mm or less as per requirement with an average wall thickness of 1 mm (+-0.3mm ). PVC foam end cap of size 23 x 10 mm are provided on both vertical edges to ensure the overall thickness of 25 mm. An M.S.tube having dimensions 19 mm x 19 mm and 1.0 mm (+- 0.1mm) is inserted along the hinge side of the door. Core of the door shutter should be filled with High Density Polyurethane foam. The Top & Bottom edges of the shutter are covered with an end -cap of the size 25 mm x 11 mm. Door shutter shall be reinforced with special polymeric reinforcements as per manufacturer's specification to take up necessary hardware and fixtures. Stickers indicating the locations of hardware will be pasted at appropriate places

12.47.1 Providing & fixing UV stabilised fibre glass reinforced plastic sheet roofing upto any pitch, including fixing with polymer coated 'J' or 'L' hooks, bolts & nuts 8mm dia G.I.plain / bitumen washers complete but excluding the cost of purlins, rafters,trusses etc. The sheets shall be manufactured out of 2400 TEX panel rovigs incorporting minimum 0.3% ultra -voilet stabiliser in resin system under approximately 2400 psi and hot cured. They shall be of uniform pigmentation and thickness without air pockets and shall conform to IS 10192 and IS 12866. The sheets shall be opaque or translucent, clear or pigmented , textured or smooth as specified - 2mm thick corrugated (2.5" or 4.2 " or 6") or step-down (2" or 3" or 6") as specifed

13.1.1 12mm cement plaster of mix -1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand)

13.48.1 Finishing with deluxe multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using primer as per manufacture's specification - Two or more coats applied on walls @ 1.25 ltr / 10 sqm over and including one coat of special primer applied @ 0.75 ltr / 10 sqm.

17.28.2.1 Providing and fixing P.V.C. waste pipe for sink or wash basin including PVC waste fittings complete - flexible pipe - 32mm dia.

21.1.1.1 Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections / appropriate Z ions and other sections of approved make conforming to IS:733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at at junctions, i.e at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling , C.P.brass / stainless steel screws , all complete as per architectural drawings (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) - for fixed portion - anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS:1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15).

21.1.2.2 Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections / appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS:733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions , i.e at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling , C.P.brass / stainless steel screws , all complete as per architectural drawings (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) - for shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges / pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber /neoprene gasket required (fittings shall be paid for separately) - Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron).

21.2.2 Providing and fixing 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS:12823 grade I type II , in panelling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings- Pre - laminated particle board with decorative lamination on both sides

21.3.2 Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window , ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings ( cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item) - with float glass panes of 5.50 mm thickness.

21.17.2 Providing and fixing aluminium handle with lock of 75mm dia with necessary screws.

31.136.1E Providing, laying and jointing G.I pipes of medium class (blue) (TATA, TNT, Nezone, Apollo, Zenith) conforming to IS specification 1239 part I and ISI marked including transportation to the site, lowering to the trenches, laying to proper grade and alignment, testing of joints with required testing equipment, including GI specials such as bends, tees, elbow, coupling, reducer etc., complete all as per IS and CPWD specification. -40mm dia.
