9.1.3Q Providing wood work in frames of doors,windows, clerestory windows and other frames , wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length (hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately) - Kiln seasoned and chemically treated Vegesa/ Bandaru wood.

9.53 Providing 40 X 5 mm flat iron hold fast 40 cm long including fixing to frame with 10 mm diameter bots, nuts and wooden plugs and embeddings in cement concrete block 30 x10 x 15 cm 1:3:6 mix (1cement: 3coarse sand :6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

6.4.1 Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S (non modular ) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level upto floor five level in all shapes and sizes in - cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand).

9.124.2 Providing and fixing factory made 30 mm thick door shutter made of solid PVC foam profile. The styles & rails shall be of size 75 mm X 30 mm having wall thickness 5 mm. The styles, top & bottom rails shall have one side wall thickness of 15 mm integarally extruded on the hinge side of the profile for better screw holding power The styles and rails shall be reinforced with M.S. tubes of size 33 mm x 17 mm x 1 mm , painted with primer , all four corners of reinforcement to be welded or sealed.Solid PVC extrude bidding (push fit type) will be set inside the styles and the rails with a cavity, to recive single piece extruted 5 mm PVC sheet as panel. The styles and rails will be mitred cut and joint with the help of PVC solvent cement & self driven self tapping screws. Single piece extruded solid PVC lock rail of size 100 mm X 30 mm with wall thickness 5 mm & 15 mm integrally extruded in the middle of the lock rail & fixed with styles with the help of PVC solvent cement and self driven self tapping screws of size 100 mm x 8 mm complete as per nufacturer's specifications - Decorative finish (both side wood grained finish).

9.96.1 Providing and fixing aluminium sliding door bolts , ISI marked , anodised ( anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS: 1868), transparent or dyed to required colour or shade , with nuts and screws etc complete -300 X16 mm.

9.97.1 Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts,ISI marked , anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS :1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc.complete-300x10mm

9.100.1 Providing and fixing aluminium handles , ISI marked , nodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade,with necessary screws etc, complete -125 mm

9.101.1 Providing and fixing aluminium hanging floor door stopper, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour and shade with necessary screws etc omplete - Single rubber stopper.

9.71.1 Providing and fixing IS: 12817marked stainless steel butt hinges (heavy weight) with stainless steel screws etc.complete - 125 X 64 x 2.50 mm.

9.83 Providing and fixing aluminium die cast body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer (having brand logo with ISI , IS :3564 , embossed on the body , door weight upto 35 kg and door width upto 700 mm), with necessary accessories and screws etc complete.

18.48A Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank ISI: 12701 marked , with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank - Circular Tank.

14.43 Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scrarches etc complete.

13.48.1 Finishing with deluxe multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using primer as per manufacture's specification - Two or more coats applied on walls @ 1.25 ltr /10 sqm over and including one coat of special primer applied @ 0.75 ltr/10 sqm

13.62.1 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade - Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture.

14.1.1 Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.metres and under including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead - with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4fine sand).

9.165.1A Providing and fixing of 65mm Godrej Navatal lock of 6 levers etc complete.

11.41.2A Providing and laying fully vitrified floor tiles of size 600 x600 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make (Nitco / Rak / Johnson /Asian ) in all colours and shades , laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) , including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete - size of tile 600 x600 mm.

1.45 Installation, testing and commissioning of ceiling fan, including wiring the down rods of standard length (upto 30 cm) with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated, copper conductor ,single core cable ,including providing and fixing phenolic laminated sheet cover on the fan box etc as required.

Basic Code No. 3051.O Providing and fixing 1 x 40W box type single tube light fitting with copper choke & starter without tube. Make: Philips/Bajaj etc complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.
