9.1.2Q Providing wood work in frames of doors , windows, clerestory windows and other frames , wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length (hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately) - Vegesa / Bandaru wood .

9.53 Providing 40 X 5 mm flat iron hold fast 40 cm long including fixing to frame with 10 mm diameter bots, nuts and wooden plugs and embeddings in cement concrete block 30 x10 x 15 cm 1:3:6 mix (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

9.95.5 Providing and fixing ISI marked aluminium butt hinges anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with necessary screws etc.complete - 100 X 63 X 3.2 mm.

9.97.4 Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts , ISI marked , anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS :1868)transparent or dyed to required colour or shade , with necessary screws etc. complete - 150 x10 mm.

13.61.1 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacutre to give an even shade - Two or more coats on new work.

14.75 Repair to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area 2.5sqm and under including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing plastering the wall surface with white cement based polymer modified self curing mortar, including disposal of rubbish ,all complete

19.33.2A Providing and fixing on wall / column face unplasticisd - PVC moulded fittings / accessories for unplasticisd - PVC soil and waste pipes conforming to IS :14735 -1999 including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382 leaving 10mm gap for thermal expansion - Single tee with door - 75x75x75mm.

11.41.2A Providing and laying fully vitrified floor tiles of size 600 x600 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make (Nitco / Rak / Johnson /Asian ) in all colours and shades , laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) , including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete - size of tile 600 x 600 mm

10.25.2 Steel work welded in built up sections /framed work , including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required - in gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder,railings, brackets,gates and similar works.

20.2.1 Boring , providing and installing bored cast -in-situ reinforced cement concrete piles of grade M-25 of specified diameter and length below the pile cap, to carry a safe working load not less than specified, excluding the cost of steel reinforcement but including the cost of boring , with bentonite solution and temporary casing of appropriate lenghth for setting out and removal of same and the lenghth of the pile to be embedded in the pile cap etc. all complete , including removal of excavated earth with all lifts and leads (length of pile for payment shall be measured upto bottom of pile cap) - 300 mm dia piles

5.9.1 Centering and shuttering including strutting , propping etc and removal of form for - foundations, footings, bases of columns etc for mass concrete.

5.9.6 Centering and shuttering including strutting , propping etc and removal of form for - Columns , Pillars , Piers , Abutments , Posts and Struts.

22.15 Providing and laying in situ seven course water proofing treatment with APP (Atactic poly -propylene) modified polymeric memberane over roof consisting of first coat of bitumen primer @0.4 kg / sqm , 2nd, 4th & 6th courses of bonding material @ 1.20 kg / sqm , which shall consist of blown type bitumen of grade 85/25 conforming to IS : 702, 3rd and 5th layers of roofing membrane APP modified Polymeric membrane 1.5 mm thick of 2.25 kg / sqm weight consisting of five layers prefabricated with centre core as 20 micron HMHDPE film sandwiched on both sides with polymeric mix and the polymeric mix is protected on both side with 20 micron HMHDPE film .7th ,the top most layer shall be finished with brick tiles of class designation 10 grouted with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) mixed with 2% integral water proofing compound by weight of cement over a 12mm layer of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) and finished neat (item of laying brick tiles shall be paid for separetely).

4.1.3 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work upto plith level - 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

18.7.4 Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinnyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00m spacing.This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete - internal work - exposed on wall - 32mm nominal outer dia pipes.

13.1.2 12mm cement plaster of mix -1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 fine sand).

19.6.13 Providing and laying non - pressure NP2 class (light duty) R.C.C pipes with collars jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) including testing of joints etc.complete - 1200 mm dia R.C.C. pipe.

9.128 Providing and fixing factory made fibreglass reinforced plastics (F.R.P) chajja 4 mm thick of required colour , size and design made by Resin Transfer Moulding (RTM) Machine Technology , resulting in void free compact laminate in single piece, having smooth gradual slope curvature for easy draiage of water and duly reinforced by 2 nos vertically and 1 nos horizondally 50 x 2 mm thick M.S. flat with 12 mm in built hole for grouting on the exixting wall along with the 50 mm flanges duly inserted and sealed in the wall complete in one single piece casted monolithically, including all necessary fittings. The FRP Chajja should be manufactured using unsaturated Polyester resin as per IS : 6746 , duly reinforced with fibre glass chopped strand mat (CSM) as per IS : 11551 complete with protective gel coat U/V coating on Top for complete resistance from the extreme of temperature , weather &sunlight.

16.96 Supplying fixing and commisioning of Suguna / Texmo / Sharp 2 HP monoblock pumpset slow speed single phase motor. The rate include the cost of pumpset , pumpset fixing in position and test run etc.complete

31.162.1E Providing, laying and jointing UPVC pipes (Finolex / jain /Supreme / Truebore Nandi) (0.4 Mpa) conforming to IS specification 4985 and ISI marked including transportation to the site , lowering to the trenches, laying to proper grade and alignment, testing of joints with required testing equipment,including cost of solvent cement,excluding UPVC specials such as bends ,tees, threaded pieces, couplers,reducer, endcaps etc., complete all as per IS and CPWD specification. - 140mm dia.
