Earth pit shall be provided with 60cm dia precast ring with 60cm depth alround,covered with R.C.C. precast slab etc. as per I.E. standards.

Providing and fixing 50 mm dia GI pipe (Class B) conforming to IS 1239 (Part 1:1990) with GI fittings including trenching, refilling etc., complete for UG cable duct.

Providing and laying Ductile Iron Double flanged pipes of class K9 (Electro steel/Sripipes/Jindal/Electrotherm) conforming to IS specification 8329/2000 and ISI marked suitable for flanged joints in good condition including transportation of D.I.pipe from production centre/company to the site at UT of Puducherry, lowering to the trenches(or fixing in over head tanks above ground level) laying to proper grade and alignment, testing of joints with required testing equipment etc.,complete all as per IS12288 and CPWD specification . Supplying of 3.5/4x50 sqmm underground cable (Paragon/suncab/Empire) complete.-suitable for (30HP to 40HP pumpset)/(upto 40KVA Genset).

Laying of UG cable and providing termination of cable joint with suitable cable gland,cable socket etc., complete - 3.5/4 x 50 / 3.5/4 x 70 sqmm cable.

Erection, testing and commissioning of motor and pumpset complete.The rate includes obtaining electricity service connection from Electricity Department also.

Supply and providing of fabricated steel Kiosk of internal dimension 2.20 x 1.90m with front and rear height of 2.40m and 2.10m respectively. The fabrication of the kiosk is to as per the details below:- The corner pillar of the Kiosk shall be of single equal M.S. angle 50x50x6mm tied up at the top, bottom and middle with 40x40x6mm angle, intermediate support of M.S. angles (2 Nos) of 40x40x6mm in all 4 sides and stiffener in vertical with 40x6mm flats and shall not exceed 0.50m C/C. For roof 2 nos. of 40x40x6mm angles to a length of 1.90 mts. each with 3 nos. of 40x6mm flat for a length of 2.20 mts. Shall be provided. For front door portion an extra angle of 40x40x6mm of 2.40m as vertical and as horizontal lintel of 0.65m of the same angle are to be provided. The door shall be of 0.60mx1.85m with 40x40x6mm angle on all the four sides with 1 no. of intermediate horizontal angle of 40x40x6mm with cross stiffener of 40x6mm flats for the doors shutters. The sides of the Kiosk shall be of 18SWG GI corrugated sheet and roof shall be colour coated galvalume sheet of 550 M.P.A. yield of AZ 150 strength formed as per patterned steel rib profile with the depth of 31 mm pitch of 250mm and overall width of 1060 mm and thickness 0.5mm with required J or C hook bolts & nuts 8mm dia.

The rate shall included the cost of all materials, labour, fabrication charges including providing of lacking arrangements for the door painting cost with steel primer and paint charges for the angles, painting two coats of enamel paint both side and outside the Kiosk, transportation to the newly erected borewell site in villages in Puducherry region etc. and erected on platform as directed by the Engineer in charge.

The foundation brick work in CM 1:4 will be constructed in 23 cm wall for a height of 60 cm over foundation concrete PCC 1:5:10 for a width of 60 cm and 15 cm thick. The inside pump shed flooring will be laid in PCC 1:2:4 in 50mm thick over a sand filling of 15 cm thick and PCC 1:5:10 of 10 cm thick. The outside area will be plastered in cement mortar 1:4, 12 mm thick etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing of 1x36w/40w ISI certified single tube street light fittings with sheet aluminium housing and UV stabilized acrylic cover. Make: Philips/Bajaj.

Providing and fixing of 65mm Godrej Navatal lock of 6 levers etc complete

Excavating trenches of required width for pipes, cables, etc including excavation for sockets, and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, depth upto 1.5m, including getting out the excavated soil, and then returning the soil as required, in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, etc. and disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m - all kinds of soil - pipes, cables etc , exceeding 80mm dia but not exceeding 300 mm dia

Providing, laying and jointing UPVC pipes(Finolex / jain / Supreme / Truebore / Nandi) (0.6 Mpa)conforming to IS specification 4985 and ISI marked including transportation to the site , lowering to the trenches, laying to proper grade and alignment, testing of joints with required testing equipment, including cost of solvent cement, excluding UPVC specials such as bends, tees, threaded pieces, couplers, reducer, end caps etc., complete all as per IS and CPWD specification. - 140mm dia.

Providing and fixing in position UPVC fabricated bend (Finolex / jain)(0.6 Mpa) conforming to IS 7834 part II and ISI marked, including labour charges for jointing, jointing materials etc, complete - 140 mm dia
