Providing and fixing C.I. sluice valve (PN 1.6) (with handwheel) conforming to IS 14846 and ISI marked, with bolts, nuts, rubber insertion etc.,complete (the tail pieces if required will be paid separately) - 100 mm dia.

Providing and laying S&S centrifugally cast (Spun) / Ductile iron pipes conforming to IS : 8329 - 100 mm dia Ductile iron class K-7 pipes

Providing and laying double flanged (screwed / welded) centrifugally (spun) ductile iron pipes of class K-9 conforming to IS:8329 - 100 mm dia ductile iron double flanged

Providing and fixing in position S&S standard D.I. specials such as tees, bends, collors, tapers, caps etc.conforming to IS specification 9523/2000 and ISI marked - 100 to 300mm dia.

Providing, laying , spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site , laying in uniform layer by manual means in sub-base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with smooth 3 wheeled steel roller to achieve the desired density.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means. (As per MoRTH specification, 4th Revision)

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg. per sqm. on the prepared bituminous / granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom. (As per MoRTH specification, 4th Revision)

Providing and laying open graded premix carpet of 25mm thick on prepared surface in a single course as wearing course composed of specified size of stone aggregates premix with a bituminous binder in mini hot mix plant 6-10 tonne laying manually and rolling with power roller 8-10 tonne but excluding cost of primer/tack coat. As per clause no 509 of MOST specification.

Providing and applying premixed seal coat type `B' comprising of thin application of fine aggregate premix with bitumen binder in mini hot mix plant, carriage manually of mixed material and laying and rolling with power roller 8 to 10 tonne. As per clause no 513 of MOST specification.

Disposal of surplus excavated earth within a lead of 3 Km by mechanical transport including transportation and deposition at places wherever required as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing non corrosive Engineering plastic moulded clamp saddle with stainless 304 threaded metal inserted for tapping outlet suiting for ½” clear bore with SS 304 wide strap with elastomeric insulation for proper grip around the DI pipe with SS 304 suitable bolts & nuts saddle to have sealing rubber SBR grade 30 0-ring around shall as detailed in the drawing furnished. The rate includes all labour charges for fixing bracket etc., complete as per instructions of Engineer in charge Size 100x25mm dia(¾")

Providing house service connection for each house from the newly laid distribution grid with 25mm dia (OD) PN16, MDPE blue pipe PE 80 as per ISO 4427 Rev.I & tested as per BS 6920 upto 1.00Rm length initially with 90 degree compression elbow as per ISO 14236 and polypropylene male & female thread metal insert (SS 304) of ISO 14236. The cost include connection charges for making drilling holes and providing specials as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying and jointing MDPE (PN16) pipe PE 80 as per ISO 4427 as per BS 6920 over and above initial 1m length including transportation to the site, lowering to the trenches, laying to the proper grade and alignment etc., complete all as per specification - 25mm outer dia.

Connecting the newly laid house service connection from the newly laid distribution grid to the existing service connection of each house with 25mm dia ASTM pipe having length more than 0m and upto 2m. The cost includes dismantling the existing service pipe, plastering brick work wherever necessary and providing ASTM pipe and specials required including the labour charges for completing the connection. It also includes making good the dismantled area all as per the directions of Engineer in - charge.

Connecting the newly laid house service from the newly laid distribution grid to the existing service connection of each house with 25mm dia ASTM pipe having length 0m and upto 4m. The cost includes dismantling the existing service pipe, Plastering, brick work wherever necessary and providing ASTM pipe and specials required including the labour charges for completing the connection. It also includes making good the dismantled area, all as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing of 20mm size stainless steel flow control valve with outer threaded ends, Operable pressure from 1mtr. Head with flow range 5LPM - 15LPM.

Supply and delivery of single Chamber, Double orifice D.I. Air valve with Triple function (Venting, admitting and Venting during operation) Tamper proof in one piece construction (both Large and small orifice housed in the housing itself), with capacity to handle air up to sonic velocity (300 m/s) with flange dimension acc. To EN 1092-2/IS 1538. Body and cover in ductile cast iron of grade GGG 40. All internal parts such as float, shell etc & all cover bolts of austentic alloy steel and DN 50 float of HOSTAFLON and gaskets and seals of EPDM approved for anti bacterial which is mandatory for drinking water, with electrostatic epoxy power coating (EP-P) inside and outside coloy blue RAL 5005 with minimum coating thickness of 250 microns.
