Supplying and fixing of fully automatic air break star-delta starter range for 10A to 23A F.A.S.D. (Bharat Culter Hammer/L&T/Siemens make) with suitable M.S. angle frame etc., complete.- 15HP to 17.5 HP pumpsets

Supplying and fixing of 1x3x4 sqmm (single run) PVC insulated copper submersible flat flexible cable of Finolex make complete.-upto 10HP pumpset.

Supplying of 3.5/ 4x25 sqmm underground cable (Paragon/suncab/Empire) complete.-upto 25HP pumpset.

Laying of UG cable and providing termination of cable joint with suitable cable gland,cable socket etc., complete - 3.5/4 x 25 sqmm cable.

Supplying and fixing of meter board of size 600mmx900mmx150mm on suitable angle frame with suitable water proof plywood 12mm thick for receiving ED supply. The board frame shall be painted and covered on all sides by 16 gauge M.S. sheet and fixed with 3 Nos. of 100 Amps fuse carrier (Havells/Standard/Anchor make) with screws etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing of teak wood aerial board with 100 Amps HRC fuse base and fuse link and suitable post clamp to hold the G.I. Pipe with electric post including bolts and nuts etc., complete.

Making earth pit of G.I. pipe for earthing in earth pit with 40mm dia. G.I. pipe medium class of length 3.05m perforated with 46 Nos of 12mm dia. holes, pipe lowered in bore holes of 150mm dia. and filled in with charcoal and salt in alternative layer of 300mm, the top of G.I. pipe shall be clamped. Earth pit shall be provided with 60cm dia precast ring with 60cm depth alround, covered with R.C.C. precast slab etc. as per I.E. standards.

Supplying and fixing of copper wire 8 SWG (4 mm dia) for earthing arrangements including bolt and nuts etc., complete.

Providing and fixing 50 mm dia GI pipe (Class B) conforming to IS 1239 (Part 1:1990) with GI fittings including trenching, refilling etc., complete for UG cable duct.

Supplying and fixing of pole clamp to hold the G.I. Pipe with electric post.

Supplying and laying of 40mm dia. PVC pipe (Class 3 - PN 0.6 Mpa) conforming to IS 4985 : 2000 for inserting submersible cable from borewell to starter.

Supply and fixing of 80/100mm dia. M.S. erection clamps of size 80mmx12mm with bolts, nuts, washer etc., complete.

Supplying,fixing and lowering into the borewell high tensile threaded PVC column pipes which are to be connected to the submersible pump,including labour charges,jointing materials etc.,complete.-65 mm dia

Supplying and fixing of C.I. adopter which is to be connected to submersible pump delivery pipe.-65 mm dia

Supplying and laying of 16mm dia nylon rope for holding of motors.

Erection, testing and commissioning of motor and pumpset complete.The rate includes obtaining electricity service connection from Electricity Department also.

Supply and providing Fabricated steel Kiosk of internal dimension 2.20 x 1.90m with front and rear height of 2.40m and 2.10m respectively. The fabrication of the kiosk is to as per the details below:- The corner pillar of the Kiosk shall be single equal M.S. angle 50x50x6mm tied up at the top, bottom and middle with 40x40x6mm angle, intermediate support of M.S. angles (2 Nos) of 40x40x6mm in all 4 sides and stiffner in vertical with 40x6mm flats and shall not exceed 0.50m C/C. For roof 2 nos. of 40x40x6mm angles to a length of 1.90 mts. each with 3 nos. of 40x6mm flat for a length of 2.20 mts. Shall be provided. For front door portion an extra angle of 40x40x6mm of 2.40m as vertical and as horizontal lintel of 0.65m of the same angle are to be provided. The door shall be of 0.60mx1.85m with 40x40x6mm angle on all the four sides with 1 no. of intermediate horizontal angle of 40x40x6mm with cross stiffener of 40x6mm flats for the doors shutters. The sides of the Kiosk shall be of 18SWG GI corrugated sheet and roof shall be colour coated galvalume sheet of 550 M.P.A. yield of AZ 150 strength formed as per patterned steel rib profile with the depth of 31 mm pitch of 250mm and overall width of 1060 mm and thickness 0.5mm with required J or C hook bolts & nuts 8mm dia. The rate shall included the cost of all materials, labour, fabrication charges including providing of lacking arrangements for the door painting cost with steel primer and paint charges for the angles, painting two coats of enamel paint both side and outside the Kiosk, transportation to the newly erected borewell site in villages in Puducherry region etc. and erected on platform as directed by the Engineer in charge.

The foundation brick work in CM 1:4 will be constructed in 23 cm wall for a height of 60 cm over foundation concrete PCC 1:5:10 for a width of 60 cm and 15 cm thick. The inside pump shed flooring will be laid in PCC 1:2:4 in 50mm thick over a Red filling of 15 cm thick and PCC 1:5:10 of 10 cm thick. The outside area will be plastered in cement mortar 1:4, 12 mm thick etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing C.I. sluice valve (PN 1) (with cap) conforming to IS 14846 and ISI marked, with bolts, nuts, rubber insertion etc.,complete(the tail pieces if required will be paid separately) - 80 mm dia.

Providing and fixing C.I. Ball type non return valve (PN 1) conforming to IS 318 & IS 1363, with bolts, nuts, rubber insertion etc.,complete - 80 mm dia.

Providing, laying and jointing G.I pipes of medium class (blue) (TATA,TNT, Nezone,Apollo,Zenith) conforming to IS specification 1239 part I and ISI marked including transportation to the site , lowering to the trenches, laying to proper grade and alignment, testing of joints with required testing equipment,excluding GI specials such as bends,tees, elbow,coupling,reducer etc.,complete all as per IS and CPWD specification. -80mm dia

Providing and fixing in position G.I. equal Tee (UNIQUE/R Brand/HB Brand/UI Brand)conforming to IS 1239 part II and ISI marked, including labour charges for jointing,jointing materials etc,complete- 80mm dia.

Providing and fixing in position G.I. elbow (UNIQUE/R Brand/HB Brand/UI Brand) conforming to IS 1239 part II and ISI marked, including labour charges for jointing, jointing materials etc, complete - 80 mm dia.

Horizontal drilling for road crossing for pipe laying including earth work excavation on both sides of road, horizontal drilling refilling etc. as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
