Drilling of borewell any where in Pondicherry including tranportation in alluvial soil, sedimentary strata of clay,sand stone, shale, pebbles, boulders etc. by first taking a pilot bore of 140mm / 150mm / 200mm and then enlarging to required dia by direct or reverse rotary mud circulation method,including fuel, labour for drilling, bentonite mud, water required for drilling at the site, contruction of mud pit (water available within a lead of 1.5Km) using rotary rig. -From 120mts and upto 150 mts. depth ending below ground level.

Reaming from 140/150 mm dia pilot bore to 300mm dia bore. Upto 60 mts depth ending below ground level.

Supplying of UPVC plain casing pipe for borewells (Finolex /Jain / Supreme / True bore / Nandi) conforming to I.S. 12818 -1992 with relevent amendments with class designation 'CM' and with minimum wall thickness 10mm including transportation and stocking at site -200mm dia

Supplying of UPVC ribbed screen slotted pipe for borewells (Finolex /Jain / Supreme / True bore / Nandi) conforming to IS 12818 -1992 with relevent amendments with class designation 'RS' and with minimum wall thickness 10mm including transportation and stocking at site - 200mm dia

Lowering of UPVC plain casing pipe / ribbed screen slotted pipes into the borewell including cost of cleaning material, fixing of M.S centering guide size of 25mm x 3mm thick suitable for 200mm dia UPVC pipe, including cost of labour for positioning of assembly for lowering purpose using rig.

Supplying transportation and packing of 8mm size down gauge graded pebbles including filling the annular space gradually complete. The pebbles disintegrated pieces. should be free from any disintegrated pieces.

Supplying,transporting and packing of clay balls including filling the annular space gradually complete. The clay balls should be free from any sand particles.

Providing and fixing M.S. top cover suitable for UPVC pipes including the cost of materials and labour etc.

Providing and fixing of UPVC End Cap embedded in M.S. Cone suitable for UPVC casing pipe including the cost of materials and labour for jointing.

Supplying of electrically operated wet type submersible motor and pumpset (Texmo/KSB/Taro/Kirloskar make), AC 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 Hz, 2900-3000 RPM. The pump shall have brass impeller, high grade steel shaft with sufficient stages having outlet size of 2"/2.5"/3"/4" dia. to suit the borewell (150 / 200mm dia.), complete. The rate includes, all taxes, freight, etc., FOR at site in UT of Puducherry. The pumpset shall be guaranteed for a period of one year from the date of commissioning.(20 HP Submersible motor and pumpset).

Supplying and fixing of 100/125 Amps capacity cubical wall mounting panel board of size1300mm x 750mm x 225mm made of 16 gauge CR M.S. sheet painted with two coats of enamel paint, over zinc chromate primer, suitable arrangements for fixing switch disconnector, fuse switches, Voltmeter, Voltmeter Selector switch, Ammeter, Ammeter Selector switch, 3 Nos. of Indicator, 3 Nos. of Toggle switch, 3 Nos. of side lock fuses, 3 Nos. of C.T. Coil etc. The panel board shall include power mat, copper busbar, 3mm thick hylan sheet including internal wiring with provision for interlocking arrangements, copper flat for earthing arrangement linked with shutters and doors. The board shall be mounted on an angle frame of 30mm x 30mm x 6mm with legs.Supplying and fixing of 2 Nos. of TPN (CG/L&T/Siemens/Standard make) 100/125 Amps, 415 V disconnector switch/cubical switch/fuse switch with fuse links complete.(1 No. for E.D. supply and 1 No. for Diesel Generator supply).Supplying and fixing of 2 Nos of 100 Amps, 415 V disconnector fuse switch/TPN Cubical switch (CG/L&T/Siemens/standard make) with fuse links capacitor motor control complete. (1 number of power capacitor and 1 number of motor control), complete - 15HP to 30HP.

Supplying and fixing of 15KVAR power capacitor (CG/L&T/Siemens make) for 30 HP motor complete.

Supplying and fixing of fully automatic air break star-delta starter range for 10A to 23A F.A.S.D. (Bharat Culter Hammer/L&T/Siemens make) with suitable M.S. angle frame etc., complete.- 15HP to 17.5 HP pumpsets

Supplying and fixing of 1x3x10 sqmm (single run) PVC insulated copper submersible flat flexible cable of Finolex make complete.-above 20HP pumpset

Supplying of 3.5/4x50 sqmm underground cable (Paragon/suncab/Empire) complete.-suitable for (30HP to 40HP pumpset)/(upto 40KVA Genset).

Laying of UG cable and providing termination of cable joint with suitable cable gland,cable socket etc., complete - 3.5/4 x 50 / 3.5/4 x 70 sqmm cable.

Supplying and fixing of meter board of size 600mmx900mmx150mm on suitable angle frame with suitable water proof plywood 12mm thick for receiving ED supply. The board frame shall be painted and covered on all sides by 16 gauge M.S. sheet and fixed with 3 Nos. of 100 Amps fuse carrier (Havells/Standard/Anchor make) with screws etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing of teak wood aerial board with 100 Amps HRC fuse base and fuse link and suitable post clamp to hold the G.I. Pipe with electric post including bolts and nuts etc., complete.

Making earth pit of G.I. pipe for earthing in earth pit with 40mm dia. G.I. pipe medium class of length 3.05m perforated with 46 Nos of 12mm dia. holes, pipe lowered in bore holes of 150mm dia. and filled in with charcoal and salt in alternative layer of 300mm, the top of G.I. pipe shall be clamped. Earth pit shall be provided with 60cm dia precast ring with 60cm depth alround,covered with R.C.C. precast slab etc. as per I.E. standards.

Providing and fixing 50 mm dia GI pipe (Class B) conforming to IS 1239 (Part 1:1990) with GI fittings including trenching, refilling etc., complete for UG cable duct.

Supplying and fixing of pole clamp to hold the G.I. Pipe with electric post.

Supplying,fixing and lowering into the borewell high tensile threaded PVC column pipes which are to be connected to the submersible pump,including labour charges,jointing materials etc.,complete.-100 mm dia

Supplying and fixing of C.I. adopter which is to be connected to submersible pump delivery pipe.-100 mm dia

Supplying and laying of 16mm dia nylon rope for holding of motors.

Supplying and laying of 40mm dia. PVC pipe (Class 3 - PN 0.6 Mpa) conforming to IS 4985 : 2000 for inserting submersible cable from borewell to starter.

Supply and fixing of 80/100mm dia. M.S. erection clamps of size 80mmx12mm with bolts, nuts, washer etc., complete.

Erection, testing and commissioning of motor and pumpset complete.The rate includes obtaining electricity service connection from Electricity Department also.

Providing and fixing C.I. sluice valve (PN 1.6) (with cap) conforming to IS 14846 and ISI marked, with bolts, nuts, rubber insertion etc.,complete (the tail pieces if required will be paid separately) - 100 mm dia.

Providing and fixing C.I. Ball type non return valve (PN 1) conforming to IS 318 & IS 1363, with bolts, nuts, rubber insertion etc.,complete (the tail pieces if required will be paid separately) - 100 mm dia.

Providing flanged joints to double flanged C.I./D.I. pipes and specials including necessary bolts, nuts, rubber insertion and testing of joints etc.,complete - 125mm diameter pipe.

Providing and fixing in position flanged standard D.I. specials (Electro steel/Sripipes/Jindal/Kiswok) such as tees, bends, collors, tapers, caps etc.conforming to IS specification 9523/2000 and ISI marked - 100 to 300mm dia.

Providing and fixing in position G.I. reducer (UNIQUE/R Brand/HB Brand/UI Brand) conforming to IS 1239 part II and ISI marked,including labour charges for jointing, jointing materials etc,complete- 100 x 80 mm dia.

Laying of under ground cable direct in ground including mud road cutting,excavation of earth, sand cushion, brick protection, back filling etc., complete. - upto 50 sqmm

Supply and providing of fabricated steel Kiosk of internal dimension 2.20 x 1.90m with front and rear height of 2.40m and 2.10m respectively. The fabrication of the kiosk is to as per the details below:- The corner pillar of the Kiosk shall be of single equal M.S. angle 50x50x6mm tied up at the top, bottom and middle with 40x40x6mm angle, intermediate support of M.S. angles (2 Nos) of 40x40x6mm in all 4 sides and stiffener in vertical with 40x6mm flats and shall not exceed 0.50m C/C. For roof 2 nos. of 40x40x6mm angles to a length of 1.90 mts. each with 3 nos. of 40x6mm flat for a length of 2.20 mts. shall be provided. The front door portion an extra angle of 40x40x6mm of 2.40 mm as vertical and as horizontal lintel of 0.65m of the same angle are to be provided. The door shall be of 0.60mx1.85m with 40x40x6mm angle on all the four sides with 1 no. of intermediate horizontal angle of 40x40x6mm with cross stiffener of 40x6mm flats for the doors shutters. The sides of the Kiosk shall be of 18SWG GI corrugated sheet and roof shall be colour coated galvalume sheet of 550 M.P.A. yield of AZ 150 strength formed as per patterned steel rib profile with the depth of 31 mm pitch of 250mm and overall width of 1060 mm and thickness 0.5mm with required J or C hook bolts & nuts 8mm dia. The rate shall included the cost of all materials, labour, fabrication charges including providing of locking arrangements for the door painting cost with steel

primer and paint charges for the angles, painting two coats of enamel paint both inside the Kiosk, transportation to the newly erected borewell site in villages in Puducherry Region etc and erected on platform as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Foundation brick work in C.M 1:4 willbe construted in 23 cm wall for a height of 60 cmm over foundation concrete PCC 1:5:10 for a width of 60 cm and 15 cm thick. The inside pump shed flooring will be laid in PCC 1:2:4 in 50 mm thich over a red earth filling of 15 cm thick and PCC 1:5:10 of 10 cm thick, the outside area willbe plastered in cement mortar 1:4 12 mm thick etc., complete as instructed by the Engineer-in-charge.
