9.119 Providing and fixing factory made P.V.C. door frame of size 50x 47 mm with a wall thickness of 5mm, made out of extruded 5 mm rigid PVC foam sheet, mitred at corners and joined with 2 nos of 150mm long brackets of 15 x15 mm M.S. square tube, the vertical door frame profiles to bereinforced with 19 x19 mm M.S.square tube of 19 gauge , EPDM rubber gasket weather seal to be provided through out the frame . The door frame to be fixed to the wall using M.S.screws of 65 / 100 mm size, complete as per manufacturter's specification.

9.124.1 Providing and fixing factory made 30 mm thick door shutter made of solid PVC foam profile. The styles & rails shall be of size 75 mm X 30 mm having wall thickness 5 mm. The styles, top & bottom rails shall have one side wall thickness of 15 mm integarally extruded on the hinge side of the profile for better screw holding power. The styles and rails shall be reinforced with M.S. tubes of size 33 mm x 17 mm x 1mm, painted with primer ,all four corners of reinforcement to be welded or sealed .Solid PVC extruded bidding (push fit type) will be set inside the styles and the rails with a cavity, to recive single piece extruted 5 mm PVC sheet as panel. The styles and rails will be mitred cut and joint with the help of PVC solvent cement & self driven self tapping screws. Single piece extruded solid PVC lock rail of size 100 mm X 30 mm with wall thickness 5 mm &15 mm integrally extruded in the middle of the lock rail & fixed with styles with the help of PVC solvent cement and self driven self tapping screws of size 100 mm x 8 mm complete as per manufacturer’s specifications - Non decorative finish.

9.71.1 Providing and fixing IS : 12817 marked stainless steel butt hinges (heavy weight) with stainless steel screws etc. complete - 125 X 64 x 2.50 mm.

9.92.1 Providing and fixing chromium plated brass handles with necessary screws etc complete -125 mm.

9.96.2 Providing and fixing aluminium sliding door bolts , ISI marked , anodised ( anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS: 1868), transparent or dyed to required colour or shade , with nuts and screws etc complete - 250 X 16 mm.

9.97.1 Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts , ISI marked , anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS :1868) , transparent or dyed to required colour or shade , with necessary screws etc. complete - 300 x10 mm.

9.84 Providing and fixing aluminium extruded section body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer (having brand logo with ISI, IS : 3564 , embossed on the body, door weight upto 36 kg to 80 kg and door width from 701 mm to 1000 mm) , with double speed adjustment with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete.

11.63.2 Providing and fixing homogeneous Polyvinyl chloride tile in flooring and skirting in approved pattern on a smooth and damp proof base using rubber based adhesives of approved quality including rolling with light wooden roller weighing about 5 kg. All complete - 1.5 mm thick tiles

13.2.2 15mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix - 1:6 (1cement : 6 fine sand).

13.48.1 Finishing with deluxe multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using primer as per manufacture's specification -Two or more coats applied on walls @ 1.25 ltr / 10 sqm over and including one coat of special primer applied @ 0.75 ltr / 10 sqm

1.50.1 Installation of exhaust fan in the existing opening, including per making good the damage, connection, testing commissioning etc. as required - Upto 450 mm sweep.

NON-PSR Supplying and fixing of 4 star or above rated wall mountable split type 2 Ton Capacity A.C. unit as per IS 1391 (part 2) with following specifications. Material for body for indoor unit: ABS, normal cooling capacity room discharge Air flow (cum/Hr) 700, Air conditioner shal be suitbable for 230 V, 50 Hz operation and capable of filtering and conform to IS 10617 part (1) -1983.
