Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour sliding glazed window upto 1.50m in height dimension comprising of uPVC multi - chambered frame with in-built roller track and sash extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 + or - 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), appropriate dimension of uPVC extruded glazing beads and uPVC extruded interlocks, EPDM gasket, wool pile , zinc alloy (white powder coated) touch locks with hook , zinc alloy body with single nylon rollers (weight bearing capacity to be 40 kg), G.I. fastners 100 x8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screws etc.

Profile of frame & sash shyall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc.After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backer rod of required size and of approved quality , all complete as per approved drawing.(Single / double glass panes , wire mesh and silicon sealent shall be paid separately) - Two track two panels sliding window made of (big series) frame 67 x 50 mm & sash 46 x 62 mm both having wall thickness of 2.3 + or - 0.2 mm and single glazing bead / double glazing bead of appropriate dimension.(Area of window above 1.75 sqm upto 2.50 sqm) - sliding window size 1.50x1.35 m

Providing and fixing unplasticised - PVC pipe clips of approved design to unplasticised- PVC rain water pipes by means of 50x50x50mm hard wood plugs , screwed with M.S. screws of required length, including cutting brickwork and fixing in cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine aggregate) and making good the wall etc., complete - 110mm

Providing and fixing heat resistant terrace tiles (300mm x 300mm x 20mm) with SRI (solar refractive index) 78, solar reflection 0.70 and initial emittance 0.75 on waterproof and sloped surface of terrace, laid on 20 mm thick cement sand mortar in the ratio of 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine aggregate) and grouting the joints with mix of white cement & marble powder in ratio of 1:1, including rubbing and polishing of the surface upto 3 cuts complete, including providing skirting upto 150mm height along the parapet walls in the same manner

Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade - New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.28 ltr / 10 sqm) over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg / 10 sqm

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1mm of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete

Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams / litre of approved brand and manufacture , including applying additional coats wherever required to achive even shade and colour - Two coats

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content - with water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams / litre

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc.complete

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade- One or more coats on old work

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade- Old work (one or more coats @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) complete

Demolishing lime concrete manually / by mechanical means and disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead - of area 3 sqm and below

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead - for thickness of tiles 10mm to 25mm

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead

Acid cleaning for the existing Mosaic floors , glazed tiles work and removing the stains and decays to give a glassy look etc complte (The Acid used shall be 32% concentrated hydrochloric acid after taking on the precautionary measures)

Grading roof for water proofing treatment with - Cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 fine aggregate : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Chipping of unsound / weak concrete material from slabs, beams , columns etc. with manual Chisel and / or by standard power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges , making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts all complete as per direction of Engineer-incharge- 50 mm average thickness

Cleaning of reinforcement from rust from the reinforcing bars to give it a total rust free steel surface by using alkaline chemical rust remover of approved make with paint brush and removing loose particles after 24 hours of its application with wire brush and thoroughly washing with water and allowing it to dry , all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-chargeBars above 12mm diameter

Providing, mixing and applying bonding coat of approved adhesive on chipped portion of RCC as per specifications and direction of Engineer-In-charge complete in all respect. 26.31.1SBR Polymer (@10% of cement weight) modified cementitious bond coat @ 2.2 kg cement per sqm of surface area mixed with specified proportion of approved polymer

Providing , mixing and applying SBR polymer (of approved make ) modified Cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 (1 cement : 4 graded fine aggregate with polymer minimum 2% by wt.of cement used) as per specifications and direction. Note: Measurement and Payment : The Pre-meaurement of thickness shall be done just after the surface preparation is completed and payment under this item shall be made only after proper wet curing has been done and surface has been satisfactorily evaluated by sounding / tapping with a blunt metal instrument and / or the 75mm size cube crusing strength at the end of 28 days to be not less than 30 N / Sqmm) - 25 mm average thickness in two layers

Providing , mixing and applying SBR polymer (of approved make ) modified Cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 (1 cement : 4 graded fine aggregate with polymer minimum 2% by wt.of cement used) as per specifications and direction. Note: Measurement and Payment : The Pre-meaurement of thickness shall be done just after the surface preparation is completed and payment under this item shall be made only after proper wet curing has been done and surface has been satisfactorily evaluated by sounding / tapping with a blunt metal instrument and / or the 75mm size cube crusing strength at the end of 28 days to be not less than 30 N / Sqmm) - 50 mm average thickness in two layers
