Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S (non modular ) bricks of class designation 3.5 in superstructure above plinth level upto floor five level in all shapes and sizes in - cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine aggregate)

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 3.5 in superstructure above plinth level upto floor V level - cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine aggregate)

Providing wood work in frames of doors , windows, clerestory windows and other frames , wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length (hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately) -Vengai wood

Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows, and clerestory windows, fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, excluding panelling which will be paid for separately , all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge -(Note:- Butt hinges and necessary screws shall be paid separately) - Vengai wood - 35 mm thick shutters

Providing and fixing panelling or panelling and glazing in panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors , windows and clerestory windows (area of opening for panel inserts excluding portion inside grooves or rebates to be measured). Panelling for panelled or panelled and glazed shutters 25 mm to 40 mm thick - Vengai wood

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour casement /casement cum fixed glazed windows comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame , sash and mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 + or - 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension , EPDM gasket , stainless steel (SS 304 grade) friction hinges , zinc alloy (white powder coated) casement handles, G.I fasteners 100 x8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall , plastic packers , plastic caps and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, mullion (if required) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backer rod of required size and of approved quality , all complete as per approved drawing.(Single / double glass panes and silicon sealent shall be paid separately) - Casement window double panels with top fixed with S.S. friction hinges (350 x 19 x 1.9 mm) made of (small series) frame 47 x 50 mm , sash 47 x 68 mm & mullion 47 x 68 mm all having wall thickness of 1.9 + or - 0.2mm and single glazing bead of appropriate dimension . (Area of window upto 2.50 sqm) - Casement window size 1.20x1.80m

Steel work welded in built up sections / framed work , including cutting,hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required - in gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets,gates and similar works

Providing and fixing fly proof wire gauze to windows,clerestory windows & doors with M.S. flat 15x3 mm and nuts & bolts complete - galvanised M.S.wire gauze with 0.63 mm dia wire and 1.4mm aperture on both sides

52 mm thick cement concrete flooring with concrete hardener topping , under layers 40mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 fine aggregate : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and top layer 12 mm thick cement hardener consisting of mix 1:2 (1 cement hardener mix : 2 graded stone aggregate 6mm nominal size) by volume,hardening compound mixed @ 2 litre per 50 kg of cement or as per manufacturer's specification . This includes cost of cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc.complete

12mm cement plaster of mix -1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine aggregate)

15mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix - 1:4 (1cement : 4 fine aggregate)

6mm cement plaster of mix 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine aggregate)

White washing with lime to give an even shade - new work (three or more coats)

Finishing with deluxe multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using primer as per manufacture's specification - Two or more coats applied on walls @ 1.25 ltr / 10 sqm over and including one coat of special primer applied @ 0.75 ltr / 10 sqm

Painting wood work with deluxe multi surface paint of required shade. Two or more coat applied @0.90 ltr / 10sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.75 ltr / 10 sqm of approved brand and manufacure

Applying priming coat - with ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanised iron / steel works

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacutre to give an even shade - Two or more coats on new work

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc., complete

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.metres and under including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground as per direction of Engineer-in-charge - with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4fine aggregate)

Demolishing cement concrete manually / by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. - Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Demolishing R.C.C work manually / by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-incharge.

Demolishing brick work manually / by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.- in cement mortar

Taking out doors, windows and clerestory window shutters (steel or wood) including stacking within 50 metres lead - of area 3 sqm and below Engineer-in-charge.- in cement mortar
