14.5.1 Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty -Float glass panes of thickness 4mm.

9.120.1 Providing and fixing factory made panel PVC door shutter consisting of frame made out of M.S.tubes of 19 gauge thickness and size of 19 mm x 19 mm for styles and 15 x15 mm for top & bottom rails. M.S.frame shall have a coat of steel primers of approved make and manufacture. M.S. frame covered with 5 mm thick heat moulded PVC 'C' channel of size 30mm thickness, 70 mm width out of which 50 mm shall be flat and 20 mm shall be tapered in 45 degree angle on both side forming styles and 5 mm thick, 95 mm wide PVC sheet out of which 75 mm shall be flat and 20 mm shall be tapered in 45 degree on the inner side to form top and bottom rail and 115 mm wide PVC sheet out of which 75 mm shall be flat and 20 mm shall be tapered on both sides to form lock rail. Top, bottom and lock rails shall be provided both side of the panel. 10mm (5 mm x 2) thick , 20 mm wide cross PVC sheet be provided as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail , panelling of 5 mm thick both side PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S.frame welded / sealed to the styles & rails with 7 mm (5 mm + 2 mm) thick x 15 mm wide PVC sheet beading on inner side , and joined together with solvent cement adhesive. An additional 5 mm thick PVC strip of 20 mm width is to be stuck on the interior side of the 'C" Channel using PVC solvent adhesive etc. complete manufacturer's specification & drawing - 30mm thick plain PVC door shutters.

9.119 Providing and fixing factory made P.V.C. door frame of size 50x 47 mm with a wall thickness of 5mm made out of extruded 5 mm rigid PVC foam sheet, mitred at corners and joined with 2 nos , of 150mm long brackets of 15 x15 mm M.S. square tube, the vertical door frame profiles to be reinforced with 19 x19 mm M.S.square tube of 19 gauge , EPDM rubber gasket weather seal to be provided through out the frame . The door frame to be fixed to the wall using M.S.screws of 65 / 100 mm size, complete as per manufacturter's specification.

13.48.1 Finishing with deluxe multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using primer as per manufacture's specification - Two or more coats applied on walls @ 1.25 ltr / 10 sqm over and including one coat of special primer applied @ 0.75 ltr / 10 sqm.

10.25.2 Steel work welded in built up sections / framed work , including cutting,hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required - in gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets,gates and similar works.

4.1.3 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work upto plith level - 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

17.2.2 Providing and fixing white vitreous china pedestal type water closet (European type W.C.pan) with seat and lid, 10 litre low level white P.V.C. flusing cistern, including flush pipe, with manually controlled device (handle lever), conforming to IS: 7231,with all fittings and fixtures complete, including cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required - W.C. pan with ISI marked black solid plastic seat and lid.

18.15.2 Providing and fixing brass bib cock of approved quality - 20 mm nominal bore.

2.1.1A Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30cm in depth but exceeding 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth up to 50m and lift up to 1.5m - All kinds of soil.

2.27 Supplying and filling in plinth with river sand under floors, including watering, ramming consolidating and dressing complete.

4.1.10 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work upto plith level - 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size).

5.1.3 Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, exluding the cost of centering, shuttering , finsishing and reinforcement - All work upto plinth level 1:2:4 (1cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

5.22.7 Steel reinforcement for R.C.C.work including straightening , cutting , bending placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level - Thermo -Mechanically treated bars (ISI BRAND OF APPROVED MAKE)Fe -415 or more

9.147D.4 Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour sliding glazed window upto 1.50m in height dimension comprising of uPVC multi - chambered frame with in-built roller track and sash extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 + or - 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), appropriate dimension of uPVC extruded glazing beads and uPVC extruded interlocks, EPDM gasket, wool pile , zinc alloy (white powder coated) touch locks with hook , zinc alloy body with single nylon rollers (weight bearing capacity to be 40 kg), G.I. fastners 100 x8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame & sash shyall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc.After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backer rod of required size and of approved quality , all complete as per approved drawing.(Single/ double glass panes , wire mesh and silicon sealent shall be paid separately) - Three track three panels sliding window with fly proof SS wire mesh (Two nos. glazed & one no.wire mesh panels ) made of (bigl series) frame 116 x 45 mm & sash 46 x 62 mm both having wall thickness of 2.3+ or - 0.2 mm and single glazing bead / double glazinf bead of appropriate dimension.(Area of window above 1.75 sqm) - sliding window size 1.80x1.35 m

12.80 Providing and fixing colour coated galvalume sheet of 550 M.P.A. yield of AZ 150 strength formed as per patterned steel rib profile with the depth of 31 mm pitch of 250 mm and overall width of 1060 mm and thickness 0.5mm with required J or C hook bolts and nuts 8mm dia G.S.paint and working etc., complete excluding the cost of purlin , rafter and truss etc.

11.40.5 Providing and laying rectified ceramic rustic / matt finish floor tiles of size 600x600 mm or more (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of commercial quality conforming to IS: 15622 of approved make (Somany / Nitco) in all colours shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.

13.1.1 12mm cement plaster of mix -1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

19.33.1 Providing and fixing on wall / column face unplasticed - PVC soil and waste pipes (type - B) conforming to IS : 13592- 1992 including jointing with seal ring conformation to IS : 5382 leaving 10mm gap for thermal expansion -single socked pipes -110mm diameter.

19.33.1B Providing and fixing on wall face / column face unplasticised - PVC moulded fittings / accessories for unplasticisd - PVC soil and waste pipes conforming to IS:14735- 1999 including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS :5382 leaving 10mm gap for thermal expansion - Single tee without door- 110 x110x110mm.

19.33.1C Providing and fixing on wall face / column face unplasticised - PVC mould fittings /accessories for unplasticisd - PVC soil and waste pipes conforming to IS : 14735 - 1999 including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382 leaving 10mm gap for thermal expansion - bend 110 mm.
