Providing and laying RCC 1:1 ½:3 mix (using graded stone aggregate of 20mm nominal size) for pedestal of the high mast including earth work excavation of size 1.75 x 1.75 x 1.85mt, PCC 1:3:6 mix (using graded stone aggregate of 20mm nominal size) of size 1.75 x1.75 x0.075mt and laying raft in RCC 1: 1 ½:3 mix of size 1.60 x 1.60 x0.25mt and pedestal of size 0.70 x 0.70x 1.75mt including necessary centering and shuttering including strutting, propping, and reinforcement with bolts using TMT bars (TISCON /VIZAG /IISCO /SAIL) for raft and pedestal, 10mm dia. for raft- 19.13kg, for pedestal 16mm dia. 39.79kg, stirrups for column 8mm dia. 11.85kg and refilling with available excavated earth as directed by the Engineer - in - charge. The rate including the cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift and conveyance etc complete.

Supplying and fixing of LED flood light luminaries 200W (Power output ), suitable for street light bracket/ high mast bracket, white light with pressing die cast aluminium, Diffuser clear toughen glass housing IP 65/66, efficacy 110Lm/Watt, LED chip package 5050, CRI 70, rated voltage : 240V, rated frequency 50HZ safe operating voltage range 140V-280V AC and with necessary over voltage, short circuit open circuit & surge protection. The luminaries shall be warranted for three years on site replacement /rectification. The NABL type test report, Driver safety test report as per BIS, LM80 report from chip manufacturer shall be furnished. (Make:- Philips/ Havells /Crompton/ Eveready /Bajaj). The rate is inclusive of all taxes.

Supply of ISI marked 4x25sqmm armoured aluminium PVC U.G cable - 1.1 KV grade. Make:- Finolex/ Polycab/ Havells. (Inclusive of GST).

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed /XLPE power cable of 1.1KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refillilng the trench etc as required - upto 35sqmm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size in the existing RCC / HUME / METAL pipe as required - upto 35 sq.mm

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1KV grade as required:4 X 25 Sq.mm (28mm).

Supplying and fixing of copper wire 8 SWG (4 mm dia) for earthing arrangements including bolt and nuts etc., complete

Making earth pit of G.I. pipe for earthing in earth pit with 40mm dia. G.I. pipe medium class of length 3.05m perforated with 46 Nos of 12mm dia. holes, pipe lowered in bore holes of 150mm dia. and filled in with charcoal and salt in alternative layer of 300mm, the top of G.I. pipe shall be clamped. Earth pit shall be provided with 60cm dia precast ring with 60cm depth alround,covered with R.C.C. precast slab etc. as per I.E. standards

Supply of 2.5 sq.mmx 3 core PVC sheathed multicore flexible copper cable. Make:- Finolex/ Polycab/ Power- flex/Havells. (Inclusive of GST).

Supply and laying of HDPE plain pipe with ISI approved brands of size 50mm dia. and 2.5mm thickness with silicon coating suitable for laying of electrical cables. The cost includes the charges for materials, cutting, bending, transport, Labour and tools & plants, etc as required and shall include for any minor modification as required at site as per the direction of the Engineer-in- charge

Providing and fixing 50 mm dia GI pipe (Class B) conforming to IS 1239 (Part 1:1990) with GI fittings including trenching, refilling etc., complete for UG cable duct.

Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of one no of SMC Box (Make:Sintex) with metering and Timer panel board for the power supply of over all size 850mm x 350mm x 250mm made out of Glass wool with resign material. The front side top portion have energy meter with viewing glass with 10mm hylem sheet. The bottom side compartments with 40 – 63A rating, TPN MCB, “C Series, 10KA breaking capacity (Make – Siemens/ABB), 1no. of Timer switch (Daily) along with battery backup to 200hrs. (Make – L&T – Hagger/ Legrand - Lexic), 1no. 60A power contactor (Make – C&S/L&T), 1no. of toggle switch (Make – C&S),The switch units are to be fixed with in the allotted size in the 10mm hylem sheet. The bottom sheet of the shell should be of PVC thick roll sheet for cable entry. The panel has to be mounted 75mmx75mmx6mm MS "L" angle on the floor with in the height of 600mm. Interior connection between the switch fuse units are to be done with 2.5/6.0/10.0sqmm ISI marked, FR PVC insulated, single core copper conductor cable. (Make – Finlox/Polycab). The door should be of flush type inter locking in one position. The panel provided with removable type gland plated to the bottom and with sufficient holes of required diameter. Earth work excavation of foundation trench of size 1.00mx0.60m x0.60m and filling river sand for a depth of 0.10m and P.C.C. 1:2:4 (1 cement: two course sand; 4 graded stone aggregate of 20mm normal size) of size 1.00m x0.60m x 1.00m. The cost should be inclusive of minor modification suitable for site condition as approved by the Engineer – in – charge.

Supplying and fixing of pole clamp to hold the G.I. Pipe with electric post.

Supplying and fixing of teak wood aerial board with 100 Amps HRC fuse base and fuse link and suitable post clamp to hold the G.I. Pipe with electric post including bolts and nuts etc., complete.
