Supply and installation of DI D/F Gate Valves (Soft seated ) Resilient seated soft sealing gate valves (Sluice valves ) (Make VAG,AVK,Fouress) with body bonnet of ductile iron of grade GGG 40, wedge fully rubber lined EPDM of good quality W720 , replaceable spindle nut, without gland packing and with 3 O-ring protection on the shaft and seals of NBR and the valves should be vacuum tight and 100% leak proof with face to face dimensions as per BSS 163-89/ISI 4846 - 2000/DIN3202 F4. All the valves should be Electrostatic powder coated both inside outside with pocket less straight thro body passage. All the valves shall be compatible for burried application without chambers, with pressure rating PN 10/16 - dia 300 mm

Supply of D.I. D/F resilient seated vacuum tight Butterfly valve 300 mm dia (make VAG/AVK/Fouress) for Over Head Tanks in Puducherry suitable for bidirectional flow with body and disc of ductile iron of grade GGG 40. Disk shall conform to double centric with specially designed (Dove tail shape). Wedge fully rubber lined EPDM of good quality clause W270. The shaft shall be connected to the disc by riveted and the Valve shall be compatible for Buried without chamber. The Valves should be vacuum tight and 100% leak proof with face to face dimensions according to EN 555BS 5163, length shall be EN 588-1, basic series 14/BS 5155 (Long body) /IS 13095 and driling to EN 1092-2/IS 6418. All the valves shall be protected both inside, outside with Epoxy Powder coating or epoxy liquid lacquer minimum 250 micron findness. All the valves shall be compatible for buried application without chamber, with pressure rating PN 10/16 300mm dia.
