8.2.2.1 Providing and fixing 18mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished (premoulded and prepolished) machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills,facias and similar locations , of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing,curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels - Granite of any colour and shade - Area of slab upto 0.50 sqm.

8.3.2 Providing edge moulding to 18mm thick marble stone counters ,vanities etc., including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete - Granite work.

9.96.1 Providing and fixing aluminium sliding door bolts , ISI marked , anodised ( anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868), transparent or dyed to required colour or shade , with nuts and screws etc complete - 300 X 16 mm.

9.142.2 35 mm thick factory made solid panel PVC door shutter , made out of single piece extruded solid PVC profiles , 5 mm (+_ 0.2 mm ) thick , having styles & rails (except lock rail) of size 95 mm x 35mm x 5mm , out of which 75 mm shall be flat and 20 mm shall be tapered (on both side) , having one side thickness of 15 mm integrally extruted on the hinge side of the profile for better screw holding power , including reinforcing with MS tube of size 40 mm x 20mm x 1 mm , joints of styles & rails to be mitered cut & joint with the help of PVC solvent cement , self driven self tapping screws & M.S. rectangular pipes bracket of size 190 mm x 100 mm of cross section size 35 mm x 17 mm x 1 mm at each corner .Single piece extruted 5mm thick solid PVC Lock rail of size 115 mm x 35 mm x 35 mm , out of which 95 mm to be flat and 20 mm to be tapered at both ends , having 15 mm soild core in middle of rail section integrally extruted , fixing the styles & rails with the help of solvent and self driven self taping screws of 125 mm X 11 mm , including providing 5 mm single piece solid PVC extruded sheet inserted in the door as panel , all complete as per manufacturer's specification- Decorative finish (wood grained finish).

10.25.2 Steel work welded in built up sections /framed work , including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required - in gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

11.36B Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) , of approved make (Jhonson / Asian / Somany / Nitco) in all colours , shades of size 300 x 450 mm as approved in skirting , risers of steps and dados, over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand ) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement with pigment of matching shade complete - size 300x450 mm.

11.37.2 Providing and laying ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of commercial quality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make (Bell / Johnson / Regency / Somany / Naveen / Asian) in colours such as white, Ivory, Grey, Fume red brown ,laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete.

13.3.2 20mm cement plaster of mix -1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand).

13.48.1 Finishing with deluxe multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using primer as per manufacture's specification -Two or more coats applied on walls @ 1.25 ltr / 10 sqm over and including one coat of special primer applied @ 0.75 ltr / 10 sqm.

13.62.1 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade - Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture.

14.72 Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, upto seven story hight made with 40 mm dia .M.S.tube 1.5m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S.tubes, M.S.tube challies, M.S.clamps and M.S.staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc.complete as approved. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. (Note: This item to be used for maintenance work judicically, necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item to be done.)

17.7.1 Providing and fixing wash basin with C.I. brackets, 15mm C.P. brass pillar taps ,32 mm C.P.brass waste of standard pattern , including painting of fittings and brackets ,cutting and making good the walls wherever required - white Vitreous China wash basin size 630x450 mm with a pair of 15 mm C.P.brass pillar taps.

18.7.4 Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinnyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00m spacing.This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete - internal work - exposed on wall - 32mm nominal outer dia pipes.

18.7.6 Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinnyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00m spacing.This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete - internal work - exposed on wall- 50mm nominal outer dia pipes

18.48A Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank ISI: 12701 marked , with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank - Circular Tank.

21.1.1.1 Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections / appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling , C.P.brass / stainless steel screws , all complete as per architectural drawings (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) - for fixed portion - anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS:1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15).

26.7 Designing , fabricating, testing, installing and fixing in position Curtain Wall with Aluminium Composite Panel Cladding , with open grooves for linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building , for all heights and all levels etc. including: a) Structural analysis & design and preparation of shop drawings for pressure equalisation or rain screen principle as required , proper drainage of water to make it watertight including checking of all the structural and functional design b) Providing , fabricating and supplying and fixing panels of aluminium composite panel cladding in pan shape in metalic colour of approved shades made out of 4mm thick aluminium composite panel material consisting of 3mm thick FR grade mineral core sandwiched between two Aluminium sheets (each 0.5mm thick) . The aluminium composite panel cladding sheet shall be coil coated, with Kynar 500 based PVDF / Lumiflon based fluoropolymer resin coating of approved colour and shade on face # 1 and polymer (Service) coating on face # 2 as specified using stainless steel screws , nuts , bolts , washers , cleats , weather silicone sealent , backer rods etc c) The fastening brackets of Aluminium alloy 6005 T5 / MS with Hot Dip Galvanised with serrations and serrated washers to arrest the wind load movement , fasteners , SS 316 Pins and anchor bolts of approved make in SS 316 , Nylon separator to prevent bi-metallic contacts all complete required to perform as per specification and drawing . The item includes cost of all material & labour component , the cost of all mock ups at site , cost of all samples of the individual components for testing in an approved laboratory , field tests on the assembled working curtain wall with aluminium composites panel cladding , cleaning and protection of the curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding till the handing over of the building for occupation . Base frame work for ACP cladding is payable under the relevant aluminium items. The contractor shall provide curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding , having all the performance characteristics all complete as per the Architectural drawings, as per item description , as specified, as per the approved shop drawings. However , for the purpose of payment , only the actual area on the external face of the curtain wall with Aluminum Composite Panel Cladding (including width of groove) shall be measured in sqm.upto two decimal places.

22.15 Providing and laying in situ seven course water proofing treatment with APP (Atactic poly -propylene) modified polymeric memberane over roof consisting of first coat of bitumen primer @0.4 kg / sqm , 2nd, 4th & 6th courses of bonding material @ 1.20 kg / sqm , which shall consist of blown type bitumen of grade 85/25conforming to IS : 702, 3rd and 5th layers of roofing membrane APP modified Polymeric membrane 1.5 mm thick of 2.25 kg / sqm weight consisting of five layers prefabricated with centre core as 20 micron HMHDPE film sandwiched on both sides with polymeric mix and the polymeric mix is protected on both side with 20 micron HMHDPE film .7th ,the top most layer shall be finished with brick tiles of class designation 10 grouted with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) mixed with 2% integral water proofing compound by weight of cement over a 12mm layer of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) and finished neat (item of laying brick tiles shall be paid for separetely).

17.81 Providing and fixing floor mounted , white vitreous china single piece, double traps syphonic water closet of approved brand /make , shape,size and pattern including integrated white vitreous china cistern of capacity 10 litres with dual flusing system including all fittings and fixtures with seat cover , cistern fittings , nuts, bolts and gasket etc including making connection with the existing P/S trap , complete in all respect.

19.33.2 Providing and fixing on wall / column face unplasticised - PVC soil and waste pipes (type B) conforming to IS :13592 - 1992 including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382 leaving 10mm gap for thermal expansion - Single socketed pipes 75mm diameter.

18.51.1 Providing and fixing C.P.brass long body bib cock of approved quality conforming to IS standards and weighing not less than 690 gms - 15 mm nominal bore.

17.78.1 Providing and fixing CP brass health faucet of approved quality - 15 mm nominal bore.

17.20.3 Providing and fixing solid plastic seat with lid for pedestal type W.C. pan complete - coloured (other than black & white) solid plastic seat with lid.

18.22.2 Providing and fixing C.P.brass shower rose with 15 or 20 mm inlet - 150 mm diametre

NON-PSR Providing, hoisting and fixing upto plinth level for precast reinforced cement concrete slabs for drain cover slabs of length varying upto 1.50m of various thickness including the cost of required centring, shuttering and finising smooth with 6mm thick cement plaster 1:3(1cement 3 fine sand) on all faces of slab but excluding the cost of reinfofrcement with 1:1 1/2 :3 (one cement, One and a half coarse sand and three graded stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size).

NON-PSR Supplying fixing, testing and commissioning of 1HP motor with piston pump kumar/suguna, texmo/sharp 1-1/4 inches suction and 1 inch delivery The rate includes cost of electrical motor, pump, fittings like: belt, cost of oil, and labour charges for fixing commissioning and testing etc, complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
