A semi permanent building structure for science and technology training centre has to be constructed. It has to be designed and executed as per following criteria: • The overall area of the building structure is 96 Sq.m • It must be designed and executed with in 45 days using precast construction technology and pre-engineered building techniques • The work must include the following minimum acceptable specifications 1. Preparation of architectural and structural drawings shall be wetted by the EE, NIT Puducherry 2. Earth work excavation Up to 2500mm below existing ground level 3. A PCC layer for foundation with 1:4:8 mix ratio 4. Foundation Concrete of Mix 1:2:4 Size of Footing 2000mm x 2000mmx 400mm 5. Reinforcement required as per the design condition (following IS) also satisfy with PCI Condition using Fe500D 6. Precast Column Required numbers of Size 400mm x400mmx 3650 to satisfy all IS Code as well as PCI Standard 7. Precast plinth beams required as pert design with 300mm x 400mm to satisfy all IS Code as well as PCI Standard 8. Precast wall of 100mm thick with required joinery openings as per prepared drawing 9. All windows and ventilator are made of UPVC as per the CPWD Specification recommended 10. Roofing will be pre-engineered building (PEB) design as per the prepared drawing and roofing sheet of thickness not below 0.47mm GI Sheet 11. Ramp for front side of the building 12. MS Rolling shutter for main opening size as per the prepared drawing 13. Inner & Outer painting work with 1 Coat of putty, 1 coat of primer and 2 coat of tractor emulsion 14. Providing Cement concrete (CC Flooring) with neat and smooth finish flooring 15. Basic Electrical fitting with 12 Tube light and 8 Fan as per the requirement 16. Provision for electrical isolators incomer switches (40 Amp – 4 p – 2 Nos.), (63 Amp – 4 p – 1 No), 16 Amp single phase 3 pin sockets (6 Nos), 3 phase MCB (OR) LCB – 2 No. along with required electrical lines 17. Basic plumbing lines of required length with 2 Nos of sinks Note : Cost including Erection, Commissioning and transport of precast elements Precast Element –M40 Grade Concrete with Fe500D Reinforcement Hollow Core Slabs – M50 Grade Concrete with IS 14268 Prestressing Standard All Design is performed to satisfy all relevant IS Codes As per the CPWD Specification.
