Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of one no of distribution panel board for the power supply of over all size 1800mm x 1500mm x 300mm made out of 16SWG thick cold rolled M.S.Sheet. The Panel has to be mounted on MS angle frame fixed sutiably on the wall of 1 no of 250A TPN Cubical Switch fuse unit male (L&T), 6 nos of 100A TPN cubical switch fuse units make (L&T), 4 nos of 63A TPN cubical switch fuse units make (L&T) 3 Nos of current transformer 1no of digital ammeter, 2 nos of digital voltmeter, 3 Nos. of signal lamps, 2 Nos of selector switch units. The Switch units are to be fixed within the allotted size in the panel board, the bottom sheet of the shell should be of thick rooled sheet for cable entry. Inter connection between the switch fuse units are to be done with copper flats. The Panel should be painted with two coats of rust proof Zinc chromate and two coats of anti corrosive epoxy shade 631 siemens grey paint after completion of de-rusting process. The door should be of flush type in position. The Panel provided with removable type gland plated to thr' bottom and with sufficient holes of required diameter. The cost should be inclusive of minor modification sutiable for the site condition as approved by the engineer-in-charge.
