Dismantling Old Lift and SITC of New Lifts

SITC of STRETCHER - PASSENGER type, 3 Floor landing (Ground + 2 upper floors), 26 Persons (1768Kgs.) / 1.00 Mtr. Per Second and travel height of 8 meter, Micro Processor based VVVF, Gear less lift with Automatic Rescue Divice (ARD) Lifts at Regional Cancer Centre, JIPMER with the work including preparation of drawing , safety test certification, Approval , inspection and clearance from CEA and conforming to the technical specification comprising of the following .LIFT SPECIFICATION - ONCOLOGY -RCC BUILDING: Travel 7 meter , Pit 1600mm, Headroom 4800 mm, Total Floor and Landing 3 (Ground + 2 upper floors) and floor display should be 0,1,2 with One car entrance in front, Position of the machinery directly above the lift well and should be gearless, Lift well size : 2580 x 3000 x (mm wide * mm depth * mm height * mm e-value) Lift car size inside 1550 x 2450 x 2200 (mm wide * mm depoh * mm height * mm c-value) clear opening of gate or door size 1200 x 2000 (mm wide * mm height) lintel - 2600 mm, lift car should be made of stainless steel (1.5 mm) with Power operated side opening sliding door , Car ceiling and floor should be stainless steel finish , Stainless steel finish microprocessor based selective control with/without attendent, LED lights , BLDC Fan, Lift wanning , communication and announcement system with battery operated emergency light , Fireman Switch, Handrail, braille button and Physicaly handicapped provision and it should be a belt drive elevator. Electric Supply available: AC,3 Phase 50 Cycle,415Volt, _+10. Lifts shall be quoted with Electrical Inspectorate's inspection charges.

Dismandling of existing lift and Disposal of all dismantled old lift materials by manual or mechanical means, including loading, transporting from JIPMER campus .
