Part B (Cassette Type Air-Conditioner)

Supplying and fixing of Ceiling Mounted 4-way type CASSETTE UNITS (Non-Inverter) Single phase of following capacity which combines the fresh air intake with its necessary accesories, auto air swing louvers, cooling coil into a single unit of specified design duly specified noise level with fan runing at medium duty, remote controlled, with built in condensate drain pump integrated with water sensing system, vibration isolator pads, necessary supports for fixing unit, power wiring and outdoor condensing unit comprising of energy efficient suitable rotary compressor ODU MS stand, with suitable bolts, nuts, clamps, Cutting and adjusting existing false ceiling for Indoor units, making holes on walls, plastering etc., with first charge refrigarant gas (R410-A, R32, R407-C), complete as required.

Part C (VRV/VRF Type Air-Conditioner)

SITC of VRF type outdoor units equipped with highly efficient 100% inverter compressors. special acryl precoated heat exchanger, low noise condensor fan, precoated fin type heat exchangers air cooled condenser having internally grooved copper tubes and blue fin coated aluminium fins, System will be operated by Eco-friendly Refrigerant R-410A gas charged of entire system. All refrigerant piping, internal power cabling, earthing and control wiring all installed in a GI sheet metal housing finished with powder coating, clamps, suitable for all weather outdoor installation, making holes on walls /glass, plastering, providing pedestal for outdoor unit etc., as per site requirement. Machine should be fitted with High Pressure Switch, Fan Driver Overload Protector, OverCurrent Relay, Inverter Overload Protector. The ODUs shall be provided suitable vibration isolators, and required Out door unit Connecting kit or Branch kit. The system should deliver 100% cooling above 43 deg C ambient temperature.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of VRV/VRF Cassette type indoor unit complete with cordless remote control, cooling coil, washable type filter, multispeed fan motor, electronic expansion valve, controls, decorative panel all complete as required. The blower shall be dynamically balanced and designed for silent operation. The cost shall include power wiring from nearest power socket, with suitable bolts, nuts, clamps, making holes on walls, plastering etc., as per site requirement

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning,Transmission/Communication cabling, of 2,3 or 4 core copper cable of the required gauge thickness, as required for interconnecting the Indoor and Outdoor Units of all the VRV/VRF Units for proper performance.

Supply and installation of 10A 3 pin metal clad plug and socket with 10A MCB with suitable powder coated sheet steel enclosure with fixing accessories etc

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of interconnecting insulated copper tubing, for refrigerant liquid and suction lines between the Outdoor and Indoor Units complete, including fittings like elbows, reducers etc. and suitable wall/ceiling clamps as required for the complete installation and proper functioning of the VRV/VRF system. The suction lines shall be insulated with 19 mm thick and discharge lines shall be insulated with 13mm closed cell antimicrobial nitrile rubber flexible hose insulation

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of special refrigerant connection joint kits for taking branch connections to the various Indoor Units, as required, for the complete installation and proper functioning of the VRV/VRF system.

Wiring for light/ power plug with 2X4 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/recessed medium class PVC conduit alongwith 1 No. 4 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable for loopearthing as required.

Supplying and fixing of following sizes of steel conduit along with accessories in surface/recess including painting in case of surface conduit, or cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required.
